I absolutely HATE THIS STORE AND THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! I’ve had many of incidents at this store since she’s become the manager. I don’t know her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag. She’s Caucasian, with neck length hair and her uniform shirt was dirty just like her attitude. The first time a few weeks ago I went through the drive thru, and the line was SUPER LONG AS ALWAYS, they pulled me up and I waited for a while. I went in to check on my order and my order had been sitting there and no one ran it out to me. I asked the manager for a refund and she was happy to issue it and then I asked for the number to cooperate and she informed me she didn’t know the number and I needed to Google it. Well my visit today (a few weeks later) was no different. I arrived at the store and my order was placed at 7:44. This time I chose to go inside the store because once again the line was out to the street. I received my coffee, and at 7:55 I looked up and still didn’t have my loaded hash browns. Two people ordered behind me received their food and coffee and yet I still didn’t have mines. I left out the store and said I would be back. I turned back around immediately and decided I’m done with this location, I’ll take a refund. That’s when she said here’s your hash browns. NO, I WANT A REFUND PLEASE. She process the refund and only refunds me 3.99 I told her NO I don’t want anything because it’s always a problem at this store. She proceeds to tell me well the store down the street will be opening so you can go to that one. No this store needs a new manager. She proceeds to issue the refund for the hash browns and I tell her I used tap to pay then she says oh no I need the card for a refund. At this point I’m last for work and now I tell her nevermind just forget it I left with no food, no coffee and they she didn’t issue me a refund. She need training and I hate what use to be my...
Read moreupdate 04/19/25: service has been WONDERFUL lately since I made my last review ! No more pulling cars up to wait on drinks or any of that! For the most part drinks have been made correctly and I have seen so many smiley and well mannered employees to start the day off great and I want to thank them for that , I don’t expect it EVERYDAY but when they do I want them to know that it is BERY appreciated :) so thank you Dunkin staff ! I just left a review before my encounter this morning , right after I left a review about being pulled up to protect their drive thru time they came out with my drink made WRONG! so when I told the employee do not worry about it I am coming in , soon as I walked in and before I could say anything he was back there fixing my drink….. if you KNEW that’s how it was supposed to be done then why not just do it that way in the first place? After I asked him this question another employee by the name of Amanda decided she needed to but in and rudely say “have a nice day” so when I expressed that my experience there had already started my morning off horribly she had yet another remark for me . It was around 2:00 pm so was asked if breakfast was served all day, they said yes, so I placed my order for the maple bacon croissant, no cheese, a large iced peppermint signature latte, and I asked if they had any muffins left this late in the day? They checked and told me so I picked the blueberry. I was the only car in line at the time so I pulled right up, it didn't take very long I paid and left. When I got home and looked at my food I was a bit taken aback. My blueberry muffin looked like a chocolate muffin it was so burnt, and my croissant was also burnt on one side, but I do have to say it didn't have cheese on it. My latte was fine this time, but everytime I go it tastes different. I must say I love Dunkin, I have the app, and this really bothers me. I know it varies from store to store because there is a store in Sharonville, OH that is awesome, perfect everytime.
