McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield Township

The drive through was busy and the guy working the register was playing it a little over the top. He overfilled my soda so much that when he handed it to me I got a shower of Coca-Cola. The Big Mac I ordered was so inundated with Thousand Island dressing that the bun dissolved Into it. On top of that, the guy forgot half of my order and then said I was holding up the line when I asked where my shake was seeing as how he had already drowned me with my Coke.Then, he arrogantly told me it was in the bag and that I should know that, like all McDonald's do that, which they don't... And why would you put my cold drink, especially a milkshake, in a bag with my hot food? I've never been treated like that at the McDonald's on route 63 in Montgomeryville. They're 10x as fast and 3x as good. The food is always hot and made right. And, I don't ever have to worry about my bun dissolving into the depths of over applied special sauce or attitude from the staff that seems to be doing anything but their job. One employee came in with stuff he just bought from the store while he was out shopping during a rush another was looking for his phone so he could listen to his music and another was putzing around eating a pizza he got from Mr P's while nothing was getting done. It almost made me feel for the guy in the Drive-Thru who seemed to be trying to do everything himself. The guy in the Drive-Thru needs to take it down a notch and the rest need to be fired. That's how they did it at the McDonald's in Dresher and it's a much better experience for them having done so. I will never go to this...

Another visit at 1400 on a thursday not busy but dining area not cleaned. Good service (counter person unaware of near-field scanner which didn't appear to work anyway). Attention to cleanliness would be nice. Food good as usual.

New visit today. Service much better. Food well prepared and esthetically presented. The counter personnel spoke fluent English and were very helpful in getting my diet coke from the drive-through machine since the dining room machine was depleted of syrup. The dining area was reasonably clean [the abundance of resident geazers prohibited active cleaning.] Overall a delightful experience.

Came back for lunch. Store reasonably clean. The small insect in my diet coke appeared to be in good health. Three items were in my order: one was correct as ordered the other two were not. The problem was corrected. Suspect that the front end personnel need more supervision and/or training.

(Prior visit below) The manager speaks English and will interpret for the cashier. Store is clean and food...

Edit: On my most recent visit they told me they were just waiting on fries and to park and they'll bring my food. I sat there for a full 10 minutes and five other cars got served and left as i waited. I went in to check on my order which frustrated the manager who scolded me for how big my order was. My order was 3 burgers, 3 small fries, and 1 order of nuggets. Even though i was told i was waiting for fries, the manager yells to the kitchen that he "needs those burgers" which somehow weren't even being made yet. So my "quick" stop at McDonald's after grocery shopping turned into a stressful 25 minute ordeal.

The staff here sucks because the management sucks. Do yourself a favor and go to Dresher McDonald's instead. They are better than this dump in every way.
