Teenager at drive thru speaker was rude. When got to the window he was rude as if he hates his job. We gave him 10.21 for a 9.21 total he gave us back .99 back and slammed the window. Called to tell manager and she was also rude, which made me be rude and lose my temper (which I apologize but it’s no excuse I know) Managers excuse was he was rude because he went to school all-day. If going to school all-day and then going to work makes him that way I would say he needs a new job. Very disappointed in service we received today. If we let all teenagers use that as an excuse we are in trouble. I have always heard the customer is always right and we should try to be reasonable with those we serve. The practical way to teach them is to say if the customer gives you what seems to be making the right change would be to politely ask them if they meant to give this amount or that it was short the amount. As for the manager on duty, and the young lady (tosha) working drive thru, I cannot say the same for! Tosha is handling food and has her hair free flowing, mind you the length of her hair is in the middle of her back. When i noticed she was helpinG expo food, About to touch my food, and doing drive thru I asked to speak to the manager instead of speaking to me she started yelling! HOW RUDE!!! Read moreI had to change my review, as the service has become down right unpleasant and we have been told, on more than one occasion, that they don't have an item we placed an order for (last wknd they didn't have tenders, this wknd it was nuggets). They lady at the service window that works nights, is often rude & almost always tells you to pull up and wait, after you pay. I'm sure this will be followed by the usual 'sorry about your experience...blah, blah, blah' to which I'll say, don't bother. Wendy's has better food, friendly service and is a block away.
