We called and asked if they had non-dairy ice cream and they said they had one mint chip and two sherbert's. We got the right notice the sherbert's actually have milk in them so they are not non-dairy but they said they weren't able to help us because we had to wait till the TV set menu was getting. So we waited for a while while they were fixing the TV set and three more people came in and we talked to them for a little while and about this time the guy look like he was finished at the TV set. So then a couple more people came in and they announced that they weren't going to serve ice cream for another 35 minutes. I don't know what didn't look like it was 35 minutes of clean up but it started out being only 5 or 10 minutes we're going to have to wait. The five or six young employees meandering behind the counter, never looked at us, they basically ignored our family, barely saying anything to us (& no other customers were present either.) Our son asked for vanilla ice cream in a waffle bowl. The guy never asked how many scoops or if he wanted any toppings, but just plopped one small scoop in the middle that was so small it didn't even touch the walls of the bowl. The peppermint ice cream was so gloppy, the guy could barely create a scoop - took him at least a dozen attempts. (Surprisingly, the flavor was very good.) Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I would. We went to the drive thru around 7:00 pm and my family of four began to buy ice cream, only one scoop for each of us. It seemed pretty simple but it took us about 20 minutes with NO ONE in line to finally get our order and when we finally did there was a scoop of icecream missing. When we asked her for it, they said it didn’t ring us so we offered to pay right there. She rudely told us that we had to circle back, get back in line and order again, when we explained why we were confused she started rolling her eyes and berating us about how we were ordering. She then decided to slam the door on our faces and say “don’t come back.” Horrible experience for the whole family. Don’t waste your money on this establishment, all employees are very rude and it is very clear from reviews that they do not prioritize...
