Los Michoacanos Garcias — Restaurant in Springfield

I attended this restaurant last night with my family when I eat Mexican food I like Coca-Cola, when we got to the end of our meal, I asked the server to give me Sprite instead of Coke because I was done with my meal and needed no more caffeine. She told me it would be another three dollars for me to change my drink talk to a manager, we saw the manager and her discussing kind of arguing the situation she came back over says the manager was too busy to talk to us. He was at the window and that this was the policy. If you want to change your soft drink you have to pay another three dollars. Told her that it sucked that she was going to lose customers because of this oversight she did not seem to care can’t say I won’t ever come back in this restaurant again, but I will never order a drink or have her...

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the waitress overpriced put other stuff on the receipt that we didnt even had... Place is overpriced and isn't that good... $107 for 2 adults and 4 kids my wife had chicken chimichanga $14.99 wow for a chimichanga and my kid steak chimichanga $15.99 and my other 3 kids two cheeseburgers$6.99 and other chicken nuggets $6.99 over priced on everything 4 fountain drinks $2.99 and 2 orchatas $5.99 the lady waitress had chargedc me for more drinks and food that we didn't even had... I used to go here very often. The people seemed nice and the food was pretty good. The last time I went however, I went through the drive through and asked if I could use a 5 dollar bill and then put the rest of the total on my card. She said yes, took the 5 bucks, then the card. A couple hours later I look at my bank account and she appeared to have pocketed the 5 or something and put the entire total on my card. Tips, especially on a drive through, shouldn’t be forced on people, its unprofessional and rude.
