Please please please visit this bakery and keep it in Springfield! They have an amazing variety of sweet and savory pastries and various desserts.

Savory: The curry puff pastry and spinach puff pastry are my favorite savory dishes. The curry filling is full of flavor and the right amount of heat. The spinach filling has a great balance of creaminess and spinach. The pastry crust is deliciously buttery and flaky for every pastry I have tried.

Sweet: The chocolate marscapone cake is my absolute favorite. This cake has a decadent flavor and texture without being overly sweet. If you try only one thing here you need to get this cake.

I have only tried the Thai sweet tea and it was great. Creamy and sweet like it should be!

Bobalicious & Bakery was very inviting, with a clean and comfortable serene entrance area. First, you walk in and there's an adorable indoor patio-like area, complete with a comfy couch, chairs, and tropical plants to add to the atmosphere.

Once you go inside, the focal point that greets you in addition to the sweet smell wafting through Bobalicious air, is the cases filled with a wonder assortment of pastries and baked goods. We bought several and all of the things we tried, were super delicious. I loved the BBQ Pork Bun, which they offered to heat up. We also liked that they have bathrooms (for customers only) and wifi. The employees who were there at the time were helpful and nice.

Came in for a quick snack and a drink. It didn’t disappoint.

I ordered a honeydew 🍈 smoothie with boba. The drink came out pretty fast after my order was taken. If you’ve never had honeydew before, you won’t know the difference between honeydew water or good tasting smoothie. This one was not lacking in flavor. Yummy!

There was a little bit of wait before they asked my order. Not sure how many people worked there at that time. The lady was taking orders then making drinks.
