Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Springfield

Usually decent service at the Marcola location however my sister and I stopped by the other day to grab food real quick, pretty long line took quite awhile to get up to order but when we finally did we ordered the same things just to make it easier. When we got up to pay we wanted to pay with separate cards, the girl looked straight at me and told me no she couldn’t allow that. The only thing she would allow was cash and card or only one card. She even turned around and looked at her on shift manager that was watching and she even said the same. I should of just driven off... that was just nothing but laziness. It shouldn’t matter how a customer wants to pay. You want the business or not?!? Remember someone with bad service travels faster than someone with a decent experience. I remember as a child eating at carls jr. Back then it was real beef real potatoes and real prices.nowadays its lab built beef gmo potatoes and chemical based sauces at extravagant prices. Its corporate driven agenda decimated the quality for profit and if i may add they did a great job.i wouldnt feed.my.dog this garbage quite frankly especially for such outrageous prices.this food isn't nutritional its not even healthy .do your self a favor and grab something healthier that will add to your well being rather than add calories chemicals and creepy wanna be beef that makes one wonder what is it that im eating.usually clean and well kept the carls standards of cleanliness are implemented however the employees need to be reminded that water and soap arent a bad thing.the restrooms were tidy .the wait for a.to go meal too long and attititude of employees needs to be in check A bumch of smiless dull people.parking is free and wheelchair friendly.eat at your...

I had a really bad experience about 2 weeks ago where my big treat meal was ruined, I came in and spoke to the manager the next day, she was really professional and nice so I accepted a card for replacement. Today I came in and my meal was everything that I was hoping for the last visit with delicious food and friendly workers, this manager is Doris Pineda, she is highly professional and she made things right, I used to come in several times a week, you guys have always been well above the fast food places and Mrs Pineda is protecting that reputation.
