I've been going to Qdoba for years, but after my last two visits, I will never go back.
On my second-to-last visit, they were out of 3-4 ingredients, including almost half of the meat options. The portions were much smaller than they used to be, and the food tasted cheap and unappealing. The employee who made my bowl rushed through it, leaving me with what was essentially a soup of black bean juice and wilted lettuce. At some point, they switched to a lower-quality lettuce that isn’t as fresh, and it completely ruins the experience. Other Qdoba locations still serve better portions with fresher ingredients, but this one has seriously declined.
On my most recent visit, they forgot one of my two bowls in my to-go order. When I brought it to their attention, I had to wait even longer because—once again—they didn’t have enough chicken. The portions were still disappointingly small, and they were still using that cheap, low-quality lettuce.
I never leave reviews, but this location has gone downhill in every way. I could tell I wasn’t the only frustrated customer just by looking at the disappointed faces of others...
Read moreWe did a carry out order. The order took so long to get. They kept starting the order then someone else would come in and they would push ours to the side and do the walk in even though we were there waiting. Finally after about 15 minutes of waiting someone finished the food and gave us free cookies because of the long wait. When we got home, we were missing a meal. Yes we should have double checked but we were frustrated it took so long. Since they kept starting and stopping by the time our food got done and we got home everything was cold. Plus missing the meal.
I tried contacting qdoba and they just wanted us to sign up for their rewards to get a free meal out of it. That’s ridiculous. I didn’t get an actual meal I need refunded. So I went on their Facebook page to try and talk to someone not just local and they said they can’t help us we need to contact our local store for a refund. Clearly no one wants to actually give a refund.
Moral of the story- double check your food before leaving because you won’t get a refund if they make a mistake and don’t give...
Read moreI’ve gone to this place more times than I can count and it was always a pleasant experience before. They’ve hired some girl in the last few months that is so blantantly rude that I’m done going here. She groans and outright complains about having to do her job to your face. I got eight tacos to go the last time I was here for a group of people and when I politely told her that I needed eight soft shell tacos to go, she threw her head up at the ceiling and loudly groaned and then was extremely rude the whole time she completed the order. Today, I politely asked, “can I get double chicken on the salad bowl, please?” and she hit her hand against the counter and said “$2 extra. NEXT!” If you can’t handle literally doing your job when somebody is being nothing but polite to you, then go quit and cry in your parent’s basement. We’ve all worked in retail or the food industry. I understand people can be rude, but I’ve been nothing but extremely polite and had to deal with her acting like a child the 6 or 7 times she’s made my order.. Grow up. I’m going to Chipotle...
