Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

The order taker lady little short American girl with blue eyes and a tattoo on her tempo had an attitude from the beginning first we ordered delivery waited 2 hrs never got then called to change it to a picked cause my family couldn’t wait any longer we have children that where waiting about completely 2.5 hrs to eat then when I went in the order taker ignored me I stood there for about 20 mins watching her answer the phones with complete attitude full of anger for no reason so the guy making pizza ask me if he could help me I was greatful I told him the name on the order he couldn’t find it I told him this woman with the tattoo on her tempo was supposed to switch the delivery to pick up and she never did had to wait about another 30 mins for my food so I was like everything should be free mentioning I been there a while and I was first waiting about 2 hours for delivery and she kept swearing at me threw her hands up in the air and kept giving me attitude so o got mad and start talking to the short Spanish girl to the right of the cashier and she also was great to me got me my order apologized to me for her coworker witch she should not have to do the lady that was causing me out should of said sorry but not to mention the order taker messed up about 10 ther peoples order the lobby was completely full parking lot full more than one person had to come in from delivery to change it to pick up. She was given attitude to all of us, and we were just trying to pick...

On Feb 10th I ordered the 2 or more $5.99 deal. Which consisted of one medium two topping pizza, spinach and feta cheese bread and chicken Alfredo pasta. Unfortunately I was only able to take one bite out of the pizza. The crust was flat and the veggies looked like they were just tossed on there and it was also cold.. I live on the 4th floor and have a heart condition so I didn't bother fixing the issues that night. My daughter ate the pasta (which only came with bout four pieces of chicken) and I ate the cheesey bread (which, sadly, also didn't seem like it was left long enough in the oven..) So I decided today, Feb 11th, that I would try and resolve the issue. Let me just say.. BYSON. WAS. AWESOME. Without any hesitation, he apologized and would stated he would remake my pie and throw in an order of lava cakes in for free for the inconvenience. I was so pleased. I'm not the richest of people so when we order out it is literally a treat for us. So I'm pleased Byson was so quick to help and satisfy me and my little one. That's what TRUE customer service is all about. Thank you for your kind and courteous service and I hope to order from him...

It usually doesn't matter what time I order food from this Domino's it's always hot fresh & on time, this particular time I order (10/1/23) around midnight wasn't the case. Not only did I receive my food late at almost 2 in the morning but I'm assuming the delivery driver doesn't know that if you order online you can "track your order" so we literally see where you're going, my driver was Nancy I feel like she intentionally took my pizza on a 30+ minute ride on purpose, when she finally arrived the pizza box looked suspect was cold & the pizza was stinking. My husband went in to grab a third slice after he cautiously ate two small slices & took the other out of oven but I smelled a foul oder that the Domino's I know doesn't have I say all that to say Angel the person that "prepared" the pizza & Nancy that drove it around forest park when I live 8 minutes from the establishment need to not work late night if their gonna make a rather fine establishment in the community receive this kind...
