Pizza Choice — Restaurant in Springfield

I have recently started ordering delivery from here. I had never heard of them before they put a menu in my mail box ; despite living off bay st / Boston Rd area for my whole life (39 years) we ordered grinders ; wings; pasta ; and salad , etc... so far it has all been really great food!! So delicious!! Who ever is the cook knows what they are doing ! My only complaint is the person who answers the phone can come off a bit rude at times. Making you feel as if you are an inconvenience for bothering them ..also the 45 min time frame for delivery has lately become 1hr 30 min which id be willing to wait for ; due to the good quality and great taste of the food; but I wish they would tell you upfront it will be longer or give a courtesy call. Over all I am happy and impressed with the food here and will continue to order as well as give this menu to my staff at work as an option to order from for clients and themselves.

I want to add that the person who answers the phone has been very polite and patient the last few times I ordered . I understand there are lots of calls and she stayed calm and was attentive to what I ordered even with two other calls coming in. I truly appreciate the great customer service. My intention is not to down the company as a whole, but to those they have cooking. I feel it is imperative I share my experience with you. My elderly mother and I ordered a meal, and it was old, uncooked, smelled something foul and made with very odd ingredients. Ingredients that were supposed to just be decoration, were used as the actual meal! no one would ever even take any chance of feeding questionable food to themselves, let alone there elderly mother. I got offered no empathy whatsoever when I brought this to the cooks attention. When I called I was trying to be as polite As I could so that I would Not offend a cook, however, i Can see now that this was the wrong approach. He needed a reality check. He just wanted to be defensive, and stand by his poorly prepared food. Little does he know, I am a manager of a very large well known business here in town, my guest “used” to use this restaurant as a take out option. I will absolutely ensure menus are not on display, or giving at one of my properties. This cook should be ashamed. The least he could have done was offered to re-cook our meal, or bring something els.. even a pizza would have been...

Honestly I never really write reviews, but I just had what was possibly the best slice of pizza I have ever had in the state of Massachusetts from this restaurant. I am a pizza connoisseur, growing up in the punk rock scene pizza was idolized and has made up more than a reasonable amount of the meals I've had in my entire life. I have had pizza all over the country, good pizza bad Pizza expensive pizza deep dish Chicago New York style Connecticut, usually my favorite pizzas are just Greek on restaurants here in Massachusetts. There's nothing like a good slice of pie. And at this restaurant for $3 you get a ginormous slice of perfectly crunchy cheesy wonderful pizza. I order mine well done, so the cheese was nice and gooey, but the crust was perfect and held up in spite of the weight of the cheese in the sauce. Hit me up the sauce, it was great, not too sweet not too tanning there wasn't a ton of it he's the perfect amount. I will be eating pizza Choice license for the entire time I live in Springfield, and I know I won't regret...
