This place is an absolute joke! Wanna go to college? This isn't the way... Staff is incompetent beyond belief. Signed up for an IT related field certification. Was told the course was 7 weeks. That's great, especially since I qualified for MassReconnect. So I sign up, do the placement stuff, PAY for my high school transcripts and everything just to be told the class is full and I either have to wait till next year (no free schooling anymore) or I have to take the FULL two year degree... I work two jobs, 7 days a week. I LITERALLY CAN NOT dedicate the time required for a two year degree. A LITERAL bait and switch. And then after I told my "advisor" that I'm not longer interested, I had about 4 different departments blowing my phone up asking how they can help to "fix" the situation. Simple... Let me in the class I was promised or leave...

i enjoyed my time at this school, but they screwed me out of my financial aid and gave me the runaround. id go in with the information they needed, i would get an email that my application was now complete and then within a few hours, i had another email saying my application was incomplete and they needed more information. the information was always questionable and never information that was even on the original application. and this didnt just go on for days, it was for months and months. i couldnt complete my first semester and just dropped out because of the stress of that alone. to this day i have ptsd symptoms from the whole ordeal and i always tell people not to come to...

I took the CNA ‘Plus’ programme there back in October 2021. For $2395 we never got a clinical! And the facilities and equipment provided were unbelievable! One mannequin with its leg falling out and not even a proper night gown to keep it from being exposed! Sheets were dirty! Equipment faulty, and now we are STILL waiting to take our state licensure exams! If you’re taking the CNA programme, do not take the “plus part” it is a waste of money and time.
