Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

If I could give less than one star I would. I placed an order online for pizza, wings, pasta, and pop. A few minutes later Thomas the manager called to let me know that it would be up to 2 1/2 hours for my delivery. I told Thomas that it'll be okay. 3 hours went by then 4 and nobody showed up. I couldn't leave a bad review because my order never closed on the site, so I called the next day hoping to speak to Thomas only to find out that Thomas was already gone for the day. ( hopefully fired.) I told the manager on duty the issue of my food never coming. He said he could remake my order in an hour and a half, he couldn't pull up my order so I had to tell him what I had ordered the night before. While I was telling him he was being very unprofessional yelling at delivery driver's, as well as sounding as if he didn't care what my order was. When the food arrived I didn't receive pop, my daughter's pasta had cheese and onions in it which was not asked for. I am highly disappointed with this dominos. Don't...

It's not the place so must as the new online ordering app. It totally sucks. Have to click stuff over and over. Doesn't recognize a coupon offer. Says you don't have to log in, but you have to give all your info even in guest mode. By the time you are done you don't know what you ordered and most of the time it ends up being wrong. For example the first time I pushed all the buttons to order my pizza I was fresh and chose all the right options. It didn't give me the coupon price so I had to delete, search for coupon, nope too late. Close the app and start over. Then it detailed to thicker crust. Yuk, needs extra sauce. I didn't notice. Wanted thin crust, no extra sauce needed. What did I end up with? Very dry hand tossed pizza. Ate one piece and threw it away.

In the past few months it has let me go through all the steps to place order, then tells me the place is closed.

The guy working on Friday Nov 4th at 10:00pm was extremely rude and unprofessional. My boyfriend placed an order at 9:50pm for delivery. They took the order and my money off my card. They then cancelled our order at 10:07 saying they are closed. What pizza place closes at 10pm on a friday? We called to ask why it was cancelled and got "this is Domino's we're closed CLICK". We called back and again same message we had to yell for him to stop before he hung up on us again because we wanted our money back. He then said we were also out of their delivery range even though we are less than a mile and a half away. If they were closing at 10pm why take our order in the first place?
