Dunkin’ — Restaurant in Springfield

I frequent this Dunkin OFTEN. And when I say often I mean 4-5 times a week. When I first started going I was ordering breakfast sandwiches with my coffee order as I was on my way to work. I order ahead every time with the mobile app. However, half the time when I arrive at the location, my order is never ready. My pickup time is 20minutes ahead of when I order so there’s no excuse as to why my order shouldn’t be completed 100%. I stopped ordering my breakfast sandwiches as often due to it being cold a majority of the time. Again, I order 20minutes in advance. You think they would prepare it 5-7 minutes prior to my pick up time, however that is not the case. Most the time it’s been sitting there for 12+ minutes. My coffee is hit or Miss. I never get the regular pump amount for additives. And I do that because their regular 3pumps to a medium coffee is too much. Nonetheless, I don’t think anybody ever pays attention peoples orders because it’s always too sweet, as if they did the regular 3 pumps instead of 2....

The so-called "manager" on staff this morning was an absolute psycho. I waited over 25 minutes for 2 items in a mobile order and when I confronted an employee about it for the second time she proceeded to scream at her employees in front of a lobby full of customers. They were busy so I was trying to be understanding of the situation, but she made me feel so uncomfortable like I was some kind of inconvenience although I was patiently waiting for my order? She got me so worked up that I couldn't even enjoy my food once it was finally ready, instead here I am writing a pointless review because I doubt the establishment will even do anything about it. Thankfully, I'm not from the area and never have to deal with her trashy service again. She is an absolute mess, and she needs to be fired. Those employees don't deserve to be treated like that, and neither do the customers. I know rush hour can be stressful as I used to work at a coffee shop myself, but please go get yourself...

Nothing like East Coast Dunkin donuts, Owner refuses to follow pricing guidelines for Dunkin donuts franchise charging much more for lbs of coffee for example he charges $10 for lb And during the Christmas holiday he said there was no specials but Dunkin donuts gives lbs 3 for:20

But last year he claimed this too and I caught him lying so I don't know. He also refuses to sell pumpkin muffins for some reason, (at that location on South 6th Street.) Which is a holiday favorite and something I look forward to every year..

I was so excited to see Dunkin Donuts go in And now I don't shop there.. because of the owner. And his policy.

I've called Dunkin donuts headquarters and ask them doesn't he have to follow pricing guidelines and they said they've contacted him many times about this, that they received many complaints...and while they encourage franchise owners to follow pricing guidelines they don't...
