The Burger Bar is hands down one of the BEST burger joints i have ever visited! it deserves 6 stars if not 7. The burgers are original, delicious, juicy and most of all, HUGE! 8 ounce, 1/2 pound of amazing flavor! They use fresh buns, ciabatta rolls, croissants and other genious pairings. I personally believe the Mac and Cheese burger is the greatest combination since knives and loafs of bread! My wife swears by the Tomato Basil Pesto Chicken sandwich. I say sandwich but it, like everything else on the menu, is massive. Probably a meal for 2, every burger is a sight to behold. Finally, my son loves the Italian Garlic Burger with their delicious white mac and cheese. Some think their prices are a bit high, but once you realize the portion sizes, you kinda wonder how they stay in business. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and seem like long lost friends rather than a server. Give this place a try, right now, go, i said go, now. You are doing yourself a disservice if you havent eaten there yet. Burgers are huge, fresh made and seasoned to perfection! All ingredients are fresh, and the atmosphere is family friendly and easy going. Definitely top 5 of all burgers...

Burger Bar participated in 217FoodWeek during the 2021 Burger week with an offering of a "Dill Dip Burger" with homemade chips. I also added their fried pickle spears to my order. Everything was excellent. The dill dip is actually a generous portion of a beef and dill cheese ball spread, and wasn't runny like a dip would be. It had plenty of chipped beef and chunks of dill pickle spears throughout and was nice and thick. The cold "dip" on the hot beef patty was a great contrast and it wasn't too overwhelming dilly to detract from the taste of the burger. The chips were also generous and though I prefer really salty ones, these chips had a great flavor. The fried pickles were excellent with the ranch dip that was thrown in. I ate two of the spears before I took a picture, so take that into account when figuring portion size. I'm hoping the Dill Dip Burger will become a...

I have been to the Burger Bar several times before and have never been disappointed. My wife and I went here Thursday for an early dinner and this time was no different. I had the nuclear burger with fries while my wife had the Cali burger with the homemade chips, both meals were outstanding. If you like spicy food I would recommend the nuclear burger as it has some serious heat. Although I don't know you can make a bad choice as all the burgers I've had so far were simply wonderful. They have a large selection of specialty burgers or you can build your own as well as several other menu options to please everyone. The dinning area was comfortable and clean, and our server Rachel was pleasant and attentive. This is a regular...

Update August, 2022: Lowering from 5 stars to 3. If you like spicy foods, this place used to be a Springfield haven. The manager with the inferno sauce recipe is no longer there, so neither is the sauce. Along with (presumably) new management, they're now charging much higher prices: chicken sandwich w/ fries and a soda cost me $19 for lunch today. Food quality remains high. -ORIGINAL REVIEW- Try a burger with ghost pepper cheese and inferno sauce. Always consistent, food always comes out fresh and hot. The environment is casual & very laid back, and the waitresses are always professional. I've been here dozens of times and never had anything bad come out of the kitchen.
