Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

When one of the ladies started making my husband's sandwich, every time she would lean over to pick up meat her shirt would rub against his sandwich. When he brought that to her attention, she rudely said that she was 4'11 and couldn't help it. He told her wanted different meat. She grabbed the meat off the sandwich and threw it into a bin on top of other meat. I did notice that the was able to keep her shirt out of his sandwich after that. I used to love going to this Subway. I went there often two to three times a week. Many times (couple of months now) I have gone through the drive-thru and something is wrong with my order, not given chips, they have to retake my order at the pickup window, etc. I called to speak to the manager and his solution was to come in and not go through the drive-thru. To me that’s not good business. What is the drive-thru for???! I’m very disappointed...

We went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich. The lady cut us off after one sandwich and we told her we had more sandwiches. We ordered 4 sandwiches and a kids meal and after we got finished a young girl rudely told us that if we were ordering more than 4 sandwiches we needed to come inside because there was too much going on.
