Fazoli's — Restaurant in Springfield

I hadn't been to a Springfield restaurant in quite some time and never satisfied with my order the food was good and warm friendly service and I got proposed to by the tractor worker but all she had was a push pop ring and being a trashy means of proposing, I proceeded forth and told her next time give me a box of Twinkies and a spool full of copper twine. Then we get hitched. Btw. please don't serve pasta dishes without any napkins or forks do you realize that I had to eat the entire meal by taking the lid off the top of the pasta bowl and using the lid like a giant spoon yeah it was quite messy and quite fun not fun just kidding it was just messy and aggravating... you must remember to put napkins and forks and condiments and all bags I run food service for all y'alls was born do I need to come up there and be the manager? all in all you guys rule just make sure you get them forks in there or I'll put a fork on all...

This place has changed so many times over the years since they 1st opened. I actually worked at this Fazoli's before & after it opened to the public. Their spaghetti & meat sauce is still the same great recipe it was when I helped open this restaurant over 25 years ago(I think it's been that long ago). I think I must of made like a gazillion breadsticks when I worked their drive-through during lunchtime rush. I wonder how everyone is doing that I use to work with at Fazoli's during that 1st year the restaurant opened are doing? Awesome as always. Im totally full. The breadsticks are always top notch. Staff is always great too. UPDATE: Went there last week & ordered #4 & 13.. Waitress comes up with a 4 & 14.. She insisted I said 14.. Wife never knows what im going to order & yet said she said she clearly heard me say 13 & she was behind me.. She said she needed my card because there was a price difference, I said ok, she comes back & I see I was charged for the #13 not the $2 difference so I went to the counter & told her & for whatever reason the waitress could not comprehend that no matter how much i explained it.. Finally she got the manger she changed it.. I go back to the table & shes almost done eating, so I went back up & just asked for a refund..
