Went to the Drive thru and ordered a small order, a #1 and #2 with a cheese fry. Pull to the window pay for my food get my two drinks, the girl at the window asks me what my order was after we sit for approximately 5mins and we tell her what it was. She shuts the window and goes back to I assume tell them our order again. When she returns she asks if we can pull up to wait for them to make our food which we do pull up to a spot. 15 mins go by, a car who pulled up has gotten their food prior to us and several cars have gotten their order, I go to the window since the lobby is closed for the night and complain asking for my money back. The guy just puts up a finger to imply one moment so I wait standing outside for a minute and finally the manager comes outside to see what's the problem. I tell her we literally have been waiting a long time for our food and nothing has been said to us or anything and I wanted my money back. She says how she will get me comp cards , my refund, and my food that I've been waiting at this point for 20-30 mins for. We do get our refund and food, but no comp cards. We will not be coming back to this store because the service was super terrible. I'm glad we got our money back but it's really horrible to have to wait that long for a simple order like we had... Plus the fries were half cold and the others were hot... Should have fresh food if you are made to wait as long as we had to... Especially since I work in food myself and know that this kind of thing is uncalled for and should be handled better. As I was getting my drink, before I sat down I seen someone's order setting on the counter. I went ahead and sat down. I waited for at least 10 min. That order was still setting on the counter.. I watched a girl cooking something then it was put with the order that had been setting on the counter. The guy thencalled out a #. My #! That order that had been setting on the counter for 10 min.was mine!! My sandwich was hot. I knew it would be since it was just done. I fixed my chili, thought I'd try it before putting crackers in it. It wasnt even warm!! I toik it back up and said it was cold and went and sat down to eat the hot sandwich. I waited and waited. I thought they'd jjust replace my cup of chili, but nope. After 10 minutes, and being done with my sandwich already, I went up to find out what the hold up was. The guy told me that they had to put the entire pot of chili in the deep fryer to get it hot again. What??!!! How long has that chili been setting out cold, and would it still be safe to eat even after it's heated up again??? Talk about unsanitary and unsafe to eat!!! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was beyond amazing. The managers were incredibly polite, greeting everyone with a smile, and they took my order so fast and efficiently, it was impressive.
