Attempted to have food through the drive through window at your Glenstone location. I ordered a 3 and a 5 piece chicken tender dinner, the ones with coleslaw and toast. When I received my food I only received one container and my two fries in a bag. I looked in the box, still in drive through, and only had 4 tenders, one coleslaw slaw and no toast. I informed the drive through attendant that I did not get my full order and she began arguing with me that it was all there and that it was in one box. I didn't argue. I simply pivoted the box towards her to show her that there was only 4 tenders. She huffed, closed the window and went to speak to her manager. She came back and told me to pull up in an annoyed manner. I didn't understand what the rude or indifferent behavior was. I pulled around to park, instead of pulling up because I was put off by this behavior. I went in to hear the cook and drive through person talking badly about me and that I was obviously put off because of her as a person. The drive through attendant looked at me and I smiled and said that I was sorry for any misunderstanding and just wanted my money back as I had brought all my food back in with me. The attendant called over the manager who preceeded to not look at me and just said receipt. I have hin my receipt and he gave me my money back. What puzzles me is how your company charges upwards of any other fast food chain and doesn't have the sight to hire people that are at least, not overly but at least, cordial. This is an unacceptable behavior and treatment. I still have my receipt as the manager have it back to me...
Read morea member named micheal, red hair appears to be manager threw my card on the ground when i pulled up to the window to get my food He was disrespectful from the second i pulled up to order made me sit in and wait and then answered very disrespectfully!!! He then refused to pick up my card, i mentioned there was a door he could go around too and pick it up as i did not throw it on the ground!!! disgraceful customer service. and then proceeded to argue with me about how my card had gotten to the ground. After 12 minutes of sitting at the drive-through window telling this man to pick up my car and show at least the slightest bit of respect to me as a customer. Micheal came back to the window and asked if i needed anything, I responded with “I need you to pick up my card since you threw it on the ground” then slammed the window in my face and told me he was calling the cops on me. He FINALLY came outside and picked it up off the ground after 20+ minutes of sitting at the drive-through window and then was yelling at me as i was driving away. Management do better, Micheal needs to learn...

This crew...the manager is fantastic...the crew is the best crew in Springfield..hands down...they deserve awards for how they handle everything. ..I go there almost daily. Bc it's worth it all around. .the manager...joe...runs good business and the next down...debbie..is one heck of an ol gal I mean that...they call u by name the first time and remember it everytime..its really a decent spot... It's my go to spot for destressing...the food is on point...rarely is ur order gonna bewrong...and if u come in there trying to pull the ol ....u messed stuff up...well...it's known that most likely isn't true...this isn't the spot to try and get free food...at least not with that excuse..bc ...it's just not gonna sit well..bcthey do it and do it right...I mean this... Its the best fast food spot in town... I'm a chubbers....I get around ...and I 💯 percent back what I say about Joe...
