Hardee’s — Restaurant in Springfield

Let me start off by saying this Hardee's used to be top notch. I don't know what changed, but it changed for the worse.

A group of us went in for lunch today and were greeted with an apology from a new employee. Apparently the front line cashier was nowhere to be found, so the manager went on the hunt. He found her in the restroom on her phone. Now, she comes out and after finishing her phone call, good 2 minutes or so, she asked what I'd like. I told her the number of the meal I wanted. She pokes around on the register and replies "Ah, the chicken sandwhich. That's a good choice." The only problem was that she was completely wrong on what number meal I ordered. I explained that the number I wanted was a 5 dollar box meal with a cheeseburger and yadayadayada.... Well, I pay, my friends pay up and the wait begins. 23 minutes and 43 seconds pass before I get my meal, but I sit down and eat... no big deal I'm used to it at this point. My friend waits 33 minutes and 25 seconds for his meal, we kept time because what else do you do when you're bored and waiting around? At the 30 minute mark he asked for a refund and was told he'd have to wait, the manager was busy. So, rather than wait even longer for his money he just takes the food and we leave. By this point the dining room was full of people, waiting for FAR too long for their fast food.

This Hardee's used to be a GO-TO spot for us. I don't know what's happened, but if corporate reads this I'm begging you to do SOMETHING. ANYTHING to get this place...

I've had the absolute most unpleasant experience here getting my breakfast. I go to Hardee's almost every single morning and every single morning it's the same things going on... The name on the receipt says Teresa W. But just in case it's not her, I'm just going to describe her; she's about 5'3-5'5, got an old saggy face with sandy blonde-brown thinning hair always tied at the base of her neck, real skinny and her breath smells like alcohol. Anyways, she is extra slow, don't pay attention for nothing, rude, disrespectful, she got a smart mouth for absolutely no reason. I'm a genuinely nice person and truly care about ppl. But when someone is taking my order and their breath has an EXTREMELY EXTREMELY STRONG SMELL of ALCOHOL and they are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and just plain out NOT MEANT for COSTUMER SERVICE in any type of why is ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE and CORPORATE SHOULD DEFINITELY BE AWEAR OF THIS and I DEFINITELY WILL BE CONTACTING THEM. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY IN THE WORLD THAT NO OTHER EMPLOYEES & HER BOSS CAN NOT SMELL THE ALCOHOL ON HER!!! THIS HAS NOT BEEN JUST ONE TIME I'VE SMELLED IT AND SHE'S BEEN RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, ITS LITERALLY EVERYTIME MYSELF OR MY MOM AND DAD GO IN THERE!!! WHEN AN ENTIRE FAMILY DISCUSSES IT AND WE DONT EVEN KNOW THIS WOMAN, THEN THERE IS OBVIOUSLY AN ISSUE WITH HER!!! MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO YOUR...

The first time I ordered here, they gave me 1/10th fries in a box and all the food was old.

The 2nd time I ordered online, they were 10 minutes late and the guy was very rude. He also asked me to pull up, which I hate doing and told him no, he then replied, with a snark “are you serious?” I told him I don’t like pulling up cause a lot of mistakes are made. It also gives them an excuse to work slower, which they do, sometimes forgetting you all together.

Old food, atrocious workers with attitudes and long wait times.

2nd order, wraps were old, not wrapped and only added lettuce, forgot mayo and cheese, on both of them, had to pay extra for cheese.

I sometimes crave Hardee’s burgers cause they are charbroiled and less greasy than McDonalds but, after two atrocious experiences , I would stay far away.

Update: ordered food to go and didn't receive fries or drinks or kids meals, this place is the worst fast food place in Springfield, TN.
