What food establishment does not wear gloves when touching customers food or the containers the food is being served in? I experienced that last night, where a worker stuck their hand in the bucket to put down a paper, then proceeded to twirl the bucket around their hand waiting for the chicken to finish cooking, then loaded the bucket with chicken - all while not wearing any type of gloves. The manager's response was that it is KFC's policy that they do not need to wear gloves unless they are breading the chicken or touching raw food. Read moreSet in lobby and waited 40 mins for food as around 12 to 15 cars went through drive through. We ordered 3 $5 fill ups but only got a three-piece in one box. Then went to get money back but they just kept saying it's cooking but didn't know how much longer. Finally got food mine was fine but dad said worst he ever had from KFC. Men's restroom was Beyond nasty with no paper towels, or dryer. We sit there quietly and patiently, but I'm sure they can see we were aggravated. I did not feel welcome, and I will never step foot back in there again and neither...

I have to say, I got a new entree I had not had before and was very disappointed. It was basalmic chicken, was disappointed that under the glaze/coating was a very thick layer of skin and fatty meat. Very unappetizing and not a lot of flavor. The side dishes were excellent as always, as were the cookies! The meat loaf Is always perfect, as is the pot roast. The boneless ( and skinless) chicken with siracha honey in the side is tasty, too. Don't get the...
