Worst location in the city, possibly state, went there last summer for breakfast items, had a bad experience, employee was rude, took forever, yelled at me, didn't go back for a couple of months, next visit was ok, then went for dinner and same hateful employee was there again, opened the window again and gave me a total again, when I had an online order, when I told her no I had an online order she got mad again and slammed the door shut, she walks to prep area and started complaining about me again like before, while sitting there I notice the person getting order bagged up has my cups on prep table, and sticks her fingers inside them, when she finally brought my order to me she tried to shove it thru window saying nothing, I get her attention she opens the door I ask her name she turns away, I get the other persons attention and ask if she was manager, she said yes, I told her how that first person acted, then asked her why she put her fingers in my cups she said oh I didn't do that, I said I sat here and watched you she said oh well what do you want me to do, after sitting there for 20 minutes just to get to the window to get my order placed ahead online I didn't have time to do anything else....don't bother putting in a complaint to corporate, they don't care, they just say oh they will reach out to you but never do and the manager at this location will not respond either to the customer nor to the Better Business Bureau after complaint is made there. Read moreVery disappointed. We had lunch today at 1pm. The restaurant was pretty well empty there was not a lot of people there. The drive-thru was not backed up and the restaurant seemed to be well-staffed. However our food was extremely cold. I had the $5, two sliders box combo. Witch was very cold my sister had the $5 combo box a hamburger and the hot dog both cold hot dog barely cooked. I filled out the comment card left it on the table. However I've decided to post this on Facebook as well. Just because I left that comment there does not mean it would get to the appropriate person. If an employee did not like my comment it could have easily been discarded in the trash. So I'm just making sure that this gets through because it was totally uncalled for to have a totally cold meal. Considering it was our lunch hour we really did not have enough time to go and have them remake it so we just 8 or cold food and left. I am not sure that I would return to this particular restaurant at the corner of Chestnut and the West Bypass in Springfield Missouri. Read moreThis is the third time the wait and horrible service has happened in a row. I won't be back to this location. There was at least a ten minute wait before there was any acknowledgement or money exchanged then it was four minutes after that before I received my food. No, it wasn't busy and there was only one customer inside. The man up front "not Jennifer " as the receipt says didn't use gloves and was touching drinks and the inside of containers / coffee pot with his bare hands but at least he was finding things to do while he was waiting. Then my food was cold literally. Big HOT ham and cheese ( the cheese wasn't even melted and the ham was cold) and no I didn't have time to go inside and have them fix it but who knows since this is the third time I've had to wait like this and food be messed up if it would have been.
