My Co Workers and Myself visit this restaurant quite frequently (twice a week) This visit was very different from any dine-in experience ever. We entered the restaurant located in Springfield Tn around noonish for lunch. The line was rather long, I'd say 5-6 customers already in line. There are 3 employees working. One working the register, one making cold cut sandwiches and one working the griddle and attempting to make hot sandwiches. Once myself and my co-workers approach the order area our orders are taken by the guy making the cold cut sandwiches. He takes my order which I order the chicken bacon sub. He takes my name and I watch him write my information on a ticket along with my name. I approach the register and the girl rings me up and is very polite. My total being a little over 13 bucks which I gladly pay with my debit card. The girl ask if I needed a receipt. I reply no receipt. Myself and my co-workers go to a table and wait. Around 10-15 minutes pass and my co-workers get their hot sandwiches. We start to notice everyone who came in after us are getting their sandwiches but me. 45 minutes pass so I go ask the girl working the register about my sandwich. She asked my name again and tells me there is no ticket with my name and she would take care of it. So I go back and wait. All of a sudden the girl cooking on the griddle starts screaming at the girl working the register. I walked back to the girl working the register who was in tears and asked what happen and she was so upset she could not talk. I told her not to worry and just to refund my money because I was already late. She told me she was ok and she would try to refund my money on my card. While I was talking to her the girl working the griddle stormed over to me and said " I ASKED YOU WHAT KIND OF BREAD DO YOU WANT"? I told her nevermind I was getting my money back. The guy making cold cut sandwiches I guess was in charge and attempted to refund my money. Needless to say I paid almost 14 bucks for a bag of chips and a small drink. Lots of drama in this store. I'll find a new restaurant in...
Read moreThis is a weird review. While I’m 100% satisfied with the food and quality of their sandwiches ,I’m not so happy with the costumer service aspect, food is always well prepare and correct however the last few tienes the young blond lady always seems to be in a bad mood, almost rude to costumers, she seems bother however on the same note she also seems the most experienced on site and with the most knowledge about the menu, witch leads me to believe she’s probably upset about work related issues probably poor management as it always seems to be a lack of some sort of item and there is never clear who the person in charge is maybe there is not a manager on shift at the time I stop by, my advice is don’t lose what seems to be a good employe for poor management while I don’t believe she should be rude to costumer and she should try set her problems aside and be nicer , I feel like it’s a reflection of her job environment, I love this place and food is always good I just wish costumer service would improve. Thank you for reading and sorry for...
Read moreI was in today about 2:30ish (12/9/23) and I noticed the gentleman working NEVER changed his gloves. He would make a sandwich, answer the phone, check people out on the computer, pull up his pants and do it all over again. Management, feel free to watch your cameras if you think I’m just making this up.
I had in mind to say something but about 4 other people was in line and I didn’t want to make a scene by asking him to change gloves or make the customers uncomfortable and everyone want new sandwiches made.
I am reviewed quarterly by Nashville health dept and they would lose it if they seen that going on that’s the only reason I noticed
The female that came in and finished my sandwich was awesome and she changed gloves, washed hands and did everything she was supposed to.
Jersey mikes is my favorite sub place but, I’d highly suggest bbp training or some sort of training to make sure people are doing things correctly and held...
