Jimmy's Egg — Restaurant in Springfield

I got up today to get a haircut and asked the person at Suoercuts where would you go for breakfast. She said Mommy's Egg. Went to Price Cutters and ask their bar-b-que owner where would you go for breakfast? Jimmy's Egg. Well i havr to say good choice. The staff was kind and friendly and the food was served promptly. They have free WiFi, you just have to ask for the password in which i will not let the secret slip. Firat of all they have homemade bread they bake at the business. Its think and yummy. I always eat a simple meal to see how they do with thir main type of meal. Beacon and eggs with hash browns. The eggs were over easy, large and perfect. The worst tasting burger I've ever had is no exaggeration. Frozen, premade burger patty tastes like dog food smells. The overwhelming taste of liquid smoke in the sauce is putrid. The onions were caramelized on a dirty flattop because you can taste the burn. There was so much sauce that the bottom bun was soggy to the point of not being able to hold the sandwich together. A sloppy and disgusting mess that via delivery cost about $30!!! This is literal theft because I doubt this plate costs more than $5. Not to mention, the portion of fries is ridiculously small for the cost of this meal. I don't expect this from any restaurant. If you like burgers, never order one from here! I'll start by saying that there's 2 things to keep in mind going into this review. The first being that I went in at 15 till noon. It was bound to be busy. Second, employees can't be perfect. They're human. With that said, the food was good. The turkey sausage was my favorite part. The bathroom was clean, which I was pleasantly surprised by. Service was kinda sluggish but you could see the staff actively trying to accommodate everybody. We waited 15 minutes to get our debit card back, as the server had forgotten that she had it. But once we asked about it, she went and got it from the little kiosk where the POS (point of sale) was and got it back to us. While service was sluggish because it was busy, staff was friendly and the food was good.
