We really liked the food it was very good at Kearney St Resturaunt. Springfield Resturaunt and Kearney St Resturaunt are alot alike because I was told by the cashier that both Resturaunts are owned by family members who are related so they tend to copy what each other do in their Resturaunts. I like the atmosphere in the Springfield Resturaunt a lot better. Its a brighter more wide open Resturaunt with big windows verses Kearney street Resturaunt. The atmosphere is a bit more chaotic in the Kearney St Resturaunt. Its very crowded and rush rush, maybe because its new and everyone is trying it out. The Kearney Street Resturaunts, waitresses, seem very rushed and busy and hardly have time to check back on there tables but they try really hard to take care of things and check back with you at Kearney St Resturaunt considering all the rushing around and stress that they are under. Springfield Resturaunt seems to be a calmer atmosphere. We felt we get more personalized service at Springfield Resturaunt. There's only one thing I dont like about Springfield Resturaunt and thats one of the waitresses is very moody at times, but she does take care of her customers very well, sometimes ypu just have to compliment her on something or just strike up a friendly conversation with her and she loosens up. Who knows she may have a stressful life at home. We really like their waiter called John hes usually very friendly and takes care of all his customers very well.l, and there's another waitress at Springfield Resturaunt, dont know her name but she is older and sometimes wears a ponytail who is very nice and very helpful and friendly and she takes care of her tables very well also. You get super large helping at both Restaurants, enough to get full and take home enough for another meal or an evening snack and we like that also. We havent been to Kearney St Resturaunt enough yet to get very familiar with their waitresses to comment on how they treat you but as far as I can tell they seem to be ok. I would reccommend both Resturaunts as the food is very good and exceptional for the quality and the amount of food you get and the price is pretty good as well especially since you get 2 meals out of one because they give you...
Read moreI wouldn't have even given 1 star but it's the only way I could leave this message! We ordered the monster burger with onion rings. The burger was dry like eating cardboard no taste, the onion rings were not cooked all the way. My husband ordered sweet tea the waitress brought him unsweetened and never mentioned they had to make fresh sweet tea until he let her know she gave him unsweetened tea her response: I know I am sorry we had run out of sweet tea so now I am making more! (REALLY! ) she couldn't had said something when she brought the unsweetened tea the first time? And we ordered a 3 sample appetizer and only received 2 they ran out of the fried mushrooms and the waitress response when she sat the plate on the table: We ran out of mushroom so I told the cook to just double the cheese sticks! (REALLY) I was so glad WE HAD A CHOICE IN IT SEEING HOW WE WERE PAYING FOR WHAT WE WANTED! NOT I have never been so pushed into paying as much as we did for something we didn't even eat! I left the burger and onion rings never ate them my son in law had just about the same experience we spent close to $100 on our meals and we left there still hungry because we couldn't eat the food! And went to freaking. Dairy Queen across the street had better service! And better food it's so sad that I felt I needed to tell this to everyone I hope this doesn't happen to you and your family and waste your hard earned money and not leave happy! Everything cost so much more now and we still work hard for our money we should spend it on what makes us happy when we have the little extra! Any business owner should know happy customers are returning customers! I will never step foot back in that establishment as long as it is the...
Read moreMyself, my wife and daughter were in from out of town and decided to stop here for breakfast before we left to head back to Ohio. We ordered our food and asked to have our grits out first before our food came (the waitress said that that might not be able to happen because the kitchen was backed up, OK no big deal) So our food comes out and my eggs were incorrect because they put the wrong cheese on it that I had asked for. She takes the eggs back they come back out the whites in the eggs were completely undercooked and I couldn’t even eat them. My French toast was so dry that I could not eat it. I asked for well-done sausage which was not well done when it got served to me. But I didn’t even complain about that, I just didn’t eat it. I told the server about my eggs being undercooked and she just doesn’t seem to care so she hands us our check and says to pay at the front. Get to the front counter to pay for our food and let the cashier know about our not so great experience. And she tells us that the manager is not going to accommodate to anything because they had to remake my eggs of which they did not make right the first time. So they made me pay for my meal anyways, even though I did not eat any of it. We enjoy trying new food when we’re out of town and thought this would be a nice place to go to but we were completely wrong and they did not care at all about making it right with their customers. So be careful going here because they truly don’t care to serve you undercooked food and when you confront them about it, they do absolutely nothing. So I just paid for a $40 breakfast that I didn’t even eat. Awful experience to...
