Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Springfield

well I got to tell you, it's a nice and clean Place,a very nice place! I like it. It's good for red beans and rice- those red beans and rice or so very good you can spice some up you can spice some down, you can put a little love on their town, if that's what you need to do. The fried chicken is delicious, but if course, it's just like Popeyes everywhere else. One of the store managers is a very nice fellow, I believe his name is Dean. My wife Bonnie thought that it might be Marcus or Jim, nothing goes to the fellow she meant outside in the parking lot in back in the woods behind the place. They went back there for a rough and tumble little tug-of-war, or something. Anyway, I'm really not sure but I believe this manager's name is Dean. He's an African-American fellow, with great taste in music. Dean ordogne Donna, is an excellent man very very nice, very receptive, and is good with the napkins and good with the butter he's great with the butter. The place is very very clean, and as always very very delicious. I even tried, the catfish, a whole fillet of catfish. I hadn't had it before here now, he's had it she's a fish lover. She's a fish eater she loves the fish loves that fishy taste, on her lips, on her tongue, all around her mouth swirling, and of course, deep in her throat, and belly. no I talked about her before, she's a little bit of a chubby gal, she's a big eater likes to eat... She ate that box of catfish like it was nobody's business she were to 12 piece of fried chicken spicy, side order of mashed potatoes and gravy and had some of that red beans and rice finish it up with a piece of pie with lemon meringue and a rag out a freshly glazed strawberries. O girl was hungry, but she gives and she gives. Here at the end, and in conclusion, finally, go try this place out. It's over there on Kearney, just east of Kansas Expressway here in a little Springfield Missouri. Wonderful wonderful Popeyes. I've always wondered what Popeye the Sailor Man, the cartoon, the live-action Motion Picture starring Robin Williams and Shelley Duvall, had to do with fried chicken. You would figure it would be a spinach restaurant. But it isn't. For those of you who read this these reviews, we were greeted by an old white guy name the Lawrence by the trash cans. He had his higher or grease back with old chicken oil. He offered to sell us some stuff, but when I asked for a taste, he snapped at me. It was bunk, the whole lot of it was bunk. I wasn't going to mention it, because that's not really a reflection of Popeye's or Popeyes worldwide, Limited. They can't control what kind of merchandise is sold in their parking lots. a great big Lord Almighty thank you to the fine folks at Popeye's over there on Kearney! You sure did...

Don't order online, tried using the app which I had used before on the same phone but had uninstalled, so was installing again it said my phone was incompatible ? So ordered online to get the buy 1 6 PC. Wing get one 6pc. free and a chicken sandwiche. When I arrived the order wasn't ready and was informed while making up my order that they had no wings, they hadn't been delivered to them, so I say okay cancel that order, I got the ok . I went out to my car to get my coupons and was going to order something else, they then handed me the sandwich which I wanted cancelled, but hey I figured well they just charged me for the chicken sandwich. After making an alternate order I decided to eat in the restaurant and while looking at my receipt I saw they charged me for the whole first order I asked for a refund. "No we can't do that, we have nothing to do with online orders, you will have to take it up with them" to save a whole lot of time getting my refund was ridiculous and they offered me $10 credit not talking to a real person only to a computer, frustrated I went ahead and settled for $10 credit I tried to use it online because the app still won't work I wrestled with that for half an hour, because it wouldn't let me use the $10 credit along with an offer. Now mind you all I was doing was getting my money back this was not a discount but yet they wouldn't let me get anything that was featured or on sale or use a coupon. They are not worth the trouble . And the food is hit and miss at best. Staff...

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Came here as a dasher, usually dasher experiences are quite simple and are no problem, but tonight it definitely was. Told there was a 30min wait for chicken (which was in this order) no problem. Customer and I were both willing to wait. Sat in the drivethru for about an hour with no order. I knocked on the window because they had decided to close in that timespan without giving me my order. Manager said she gave it her employee who was already clocked out and went to smoke, essentially giving the employee food to give to me when he had already clocked out. She did not apologize for anything and instead talked about how someone had quit instead. I asked if there was anything she could because this was my job and I had now been there for over an hour with nothing to show for it and additionally, no pay. She said no and shrugged it off. I asked for corporate number to contact them and let them know about the situation, she then lied to me about the corporate number. I ended up having to google it and contacted them. Corporate gave 4-5 business days for a response. I am not sure what is going on here, but the Manager should have better hold on the employees whereabouts and definitely shouldn't be asking employees to work off the clock. If that employee walked out with food and another quit, that also tells you that something...
