La Fiesta — Restaurant in Springfield

I ordered 2 meals I paid almost $35.00 I had to then take food back and Pedro said he was manager and that I told him I didn't want any cheese on my food and I asked him what kind of cheese comes on the beans and he told shredded cheese comes on it I then said can you remove the shredded cheese and put the liquid white cheese on it. He then proceeded to argue with me and tell I didn't say that and he refused to put cheese on my food and would not fix my order I then asked to speak with a manager and he said he was the manager I then asked for owner or district manager and he pointed at a old lady that was sweeping the floor that spoke no English he then continued to laugh and said i gave you a free 26oz cup of cheese and I said no you didn't cuz I ordered extra cheese and paid almost $5.00 for the extra cheese that I didn't even get on thr first place. So this was the reason I haven't been here in 5yrs. I recommend everyone to go to Xochimilcos if you want good food and great service and if they mess up they fix it and not come yelling at you and refuse to fix your order. 81°F with 83% humidity. Went into the nice cool restaurant. Upon entering they asked how many in the party, we say 2. They then say, it will be outside seating, is that okay. In unison we both say no, it is hot and very humid out there and that we both were swatting mosquitoes walking from the car to the door. We are not worried about the Wuhan Virus since we do not fit any of the criterion. On the other hand my wife lost a cousin last year to the mosquito born West Nile Virus. We are not sitting outside and explain such to the hostess. I am sorry but it is the law. No it is not the law. We turn around and leave. As we are walking by the crowded outdoor seating we see a morbidly obese waiter serving a table. His face mask is hanging on his first chin, not covering his mouth or nose! Got in the car and google directed us 7 minutes away to another Mexican restaurant. Had an excellent dinner! Everyone in my party raved about how good their food was. I got the Pollo Maya (sp?) and it was marvelous. The peach margarita was very good, very peachy, which I liked. The flan was to die for! The best I've tasted yet, and it is a generous portion, which I appreciated. They even heated it a little at my request (I do not like 'out of the refrigerator' cold) even though I know it was a very strange request for them. The only complaint I had was the noise. You can barely hear the people at the table with you, even when the children weren't shedding ear screeching screams. I literally had to mute my hearing aides when that happened. I am not against children being there. I think if they could put some tapestries on the walls, or find other areas where they could put them to absorb some of the sound it would have been a more...
