Am from out town Chicago just visiting my parents, and was referred this place , and I must it was most nasty food ever , I ordered an Italian beef dip with American cheese, the meat was not Italian beef meat. So I order a combo and grab a drink like I always have in the past and the lady freaks out saying I didn't pay for that and made me pay an extra 4 bucks for the drink.
