Silver Sevens Gaming Pub & Parlor — Restaurant in Springfield

There is a newer server at the restaurant. She is tall, heavy set, wears childish hair dos and makeup and is young. I went to the drive-up on roughly Tuesday, 8/13. She is very slow, i.e., walks slow, gets orders slow and serves food/drinks slow. The restaurant was busy that night and she was just standing at the drive-up window watching people arrive. She acts immature, and seems to be overwhelmed; she was also working by herself. She greeted me at the window, not smiling with her eyebrows up, and said "Look, I'm all by myself and there are people I haven't gotten to yet and more are coming in. You might as well leave cuz it will be a long time before I can get to you, honey." I didn't say a word to her just persed my lips together. She followed up as I was pulling away from the window by saying,"You can be mad all you want, it's too bad, honey." I have never been treated so rudely there! All the other ladies are very nice and seem to manage the floor, bar area, and the drive-up window without any problem. TERRIBLE SERVICE A co-worker and I decided to come here for lunch today. We were both beyond disappointed with the extremely slow service. We sat down at the bar and got our drinks along with a menu. We looked over the menus, decided what we wanted, and put the menus facedown in front of us. We waited patiently for an employee to take our order and we were ignored. Our lunch break was coming to an end and we were still not asked what we wanted. As we spoke about leaving the bar tender finally acknowledged our presence by stating “will be with you in a moment” at this point I stated we were leaving. And she still made us pay for the drinks which were untouched at the time of purchase.

Not what it used to be. Stopped in 8:15 on a Friday night. Kitchen doesn't close till 10:00. Ordered a double cheeseburger a bowl of soup and a cup of mac and cheese. Not sure about the burger patties but everything else came out of the microwave. The mac and cheese was almost inedible and instead of $3 as listed on menu they charged me $4. The homemade chips had no crisp at all. Could have been used for packing material. I wondered why we were the only ones there. Now I know. What a shame! See my previous review.
