Springfield BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture Direct — Hotel in Springfield

My husband and I were searching for a new king-sized mattress but were dismayed to find that so many places were charging $4,000+ or more. I found Springfield BoxDrop and my husband and I stopped by two weeks ago. Rich assisted us selecting a mattress and he was excellent - he answered our questions and was enthusiastic and attentive as we tried different mattresses. The first mattress we tried was their private line and we fell in love with it from the start. We were so happy that the mattress and frame together were under $1400. It was delivered three days later and the delivery guys did a great job arriving on time and setting it up.

I do say that the mattress was firmer than the one we tried at the store but we think this is due to it being a brand-new mattress: it has definitely softened up a bit over that first week. We love it! It is very comfortable and supportive and we are both sleeping better. We are very pleased with Springfield BoxDrop and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bed...

This store was a pleasure from the moment I walked in, and even through the most difficult of times. Kyle is a phenomenal CSR and really gave me a lot of detail between what I was looking for; and even things I had not been familiar with. I easily was able to choose from their selections, and went a step further to buy for the bedroom and the living room. They have many options for leasing, financing, full sale, all of it. Something with my order had went sideways when I went to pick it up, and Kyle was a superstar. He took the situation head on, called out all the stops he could, and personally invested himself into the problem. I didn't feel like I was suffering alone, and that meant a lot. After getting home, I wasn't too excited about my new mattress that I had received, as it was just too firm for my tastes. They easily helped me into finding a better fit and was able to handle an exchange in the first week. 10 days later.... I am very happy- love my new furniture, and would HIGHLY...

Be aware they do not try and help a customer when it comes to a mistake on their end. I ordered 3 mattress and a box spring via fb I went to the store to purchase them. They did not show me the mattresses I was purchasing so when the gor delivered they were like floor Matts literally these should be sd for prisons. I called and spoke with the store manager he said once they delivered they cannot help me. They cant take it back. But It is still a mattress that hasnt been delivered I spent 340 for floor Matts. When I asked for the owners number her said he out of town. I said does he have a number he said no you can call this number. I never signed any paperwork and the lead sales guy never showed me what the product looked like. He does not care and he was not...
