What I experienced was beyond disappointing. It was outright hostile and humiliating, especially in front of other customers.
When I arrived at the drive-thru, I said “hello” five times into the speaker over the course of 5 minutes, with no response. Eventually, someone answered with an irritated “Go on!” tone. I began placing my order, but was repeatedly interrupted with dismissive and sarcastic “uh-huh” responses. When I asked why I was being treated with such attitude, the employee abruptly refused to take my order and threatened to call the police.
I parked and walked inside to try and resolve the issue calmly. That’s when the situation escalated in a shocking way. The same employee, who identified herself as the manager and gave the name Fantasia, launched into personal insults — mocking my appearance, calling me “bald,” “fatass,” a “baby,” and saying I “looked 40.” I'm obviously a mid 20s individual, not looking near 40. I did not yell, curse, or act aggressively. I was visibly upset, but I kept my composure the entire time. I just wanted to understand why I was being treated this way.
This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was a manager — someone representing your brand — choosing to bully a paying customer for no reason. I wasn’t being rude. I wasn’t causing trouble. I simply asked a question after being treated poorly. For that, I was insulted and denied service.
I’m not looking for free food. I’m asking for accountability. This behavior is completely out of line for any employee — especially one claiming to be in charge. It damages the Burger King brand, alienates loyal customers like me, and creates a hostile environment that no one should have to experience.
If nothing is done about this, I will no longer return.
Note: the woman with black and pink hair.
Edit: I returned to the inside of the store at 6:30am 10/2/25 . I asked to please speak with a manager. I was making sure it was slow, not many customers. I don't want to be a nuisance. The manager comes. I say I'd like to make a report. She says very angrily "Ive already heard about you, you need to leave now!". No hi, how are you? Sorry for your inconveniences. Just extremely rude. Why? Why am I being treated this way? I'm approaching professionally, no rudeness. But after being personally attacked on my appearance, the morning manager wants to continue being extremely rude and dismissive and offer no help?... This is not very welcoming.
Edit: Update (Oct 3): I have since discovered that the woman , this 'morning manager', who dismissed me and refused to provide her name is actually the General Manager, Amanda. She continues to insult customers and refuses to accept feedback — even when raised calmly and respectfully. This is a serious leadership issue. I’ve escalated this through corporate channels and hope changes are made. No one deserves to be treated this way.
Additional note: I did return 10/2/25 at around 5:00pm. Staff was swamped and busy. Misty, Gage? (Bagging orders), the woman at the drive-thru / counter , and the chef , were all hard workers, and doing their best. This was decent service and everyone of these workers should be thanked for their hard work and services. I'm not here to just complain. I want serious changes and action, towards incredibly inappropriate and bullying behavior, which I experienced from the Manager and...
Read moreMy experience with this particular BK tonight was horrendous. I think this is probably the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any fast food place. We had a birthday today & had 2 orders: ORDER 1: 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers, 3 Small Fries. ORDER 2: 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, 1 Small fry, 1 Small Drink and 2 orders of Chicken Fries w/ extra ranch dipping sauce. What we actually got ROUND 1: 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers, and 3 Fries, and 1 Small Drink. We were missing 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, and a Fry, and the 2 orders of Chicken Fries w/ranch. We know they heard our order because there was 1 lone ranch cup inside one of our bags. We went back for ROUND 2: We finally got my Chicken Fries & ranch. (This was about the time that we realized that the 3 Cheeseburgers we had didn't have bacon & that we were short 2 sandwiches) The 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, fries & drink was the Birthday Girls meal. So because she couldn't eat we decided to wait as well because we were not going to eat in front of her. Once the Chicken Fries, and our missing French Fry arrived we told our driver about the missing bacon burgers and so began our 3rd trip back to BK. ROUND 3: Our driver explained what was missing to the drive-thru worker and guess what? He handed our driver a bag containing 1 Bacon Cheeseburger. 1. Not 2, no,1. 1 flippin burger. We are frustrated as all get out. This was supposed to be a quick & easy b-day dinner and it turned into a freaking nightmare. 3 trips to BK and back and we can't even enjoy the food we paid for because the Birthday Girl had nothing to eat until round 3. All our food got cold before we could get to it because you shouldn't eat until everybody has their meal. We all feel pretty put out & saying we were disappointed is an understatement. I want BK Corporate to read the information I posted about this situation and figure out not only why this happened to begin with but how to keep this from happening again. I also feel as though Burger King should make this right with me...
Read moreAwful. Just awful. My mother and I went for breakfast this morning. The entire experience was terrible. Once the ghetto rats that work there decided to take a moment away from yelling at each other in some kind of eubonics, nearly 10 minutes of waiting, one of them decided to take our order. They charged someone else's order to our card, then tried to cover it up by saying it was "cheaper to ring it up this way," which it was NOT. We had to ask for creamer for the coffee we ordered, which seemed to be a real hassle for the "girl" working the counter and drive through at the same time. The coffee tasted as if the coffee pot had not been cleaned EVER. All of the floors were sticky, 90% of the tables were filthy, and to top it all off, the food literally made me sick. I have lived fairly close to this Burger King for 15 years and have seen it slowly decline the last couple of years. This change seemed to occur as the staff became more and more "ghetto" oriented. I don't know if they're trying to do some ghetto outreach or if they've just stopped caring all together. This was the final straw. We used to go to this Burger King up to 3 times a week. We're done. We will NEVER go here again. I will be sending an email via the BK website, but I don't hold much hope of this making any kind of difference. AVOID THIS PLACE...
