It has been a long time (if ever) that I have had such a horrible experience at a restaurant. My husband and I arrived about 1pm and did not leave until 3:15. The waitress was very short and a bit rude in the beginning. In her defense though, she was the only waitress working until about 3pm. While irritating, it wasn't a big deal. The issue that completely ruined this place for me was the completely incompetent cook. We waited well over an hour for our meal only to get my wrap without the meat. Took another 10-15 minutes to be able to notify the waitress because she was running around by herself. The waitress had a complete change in the attitude at this point, which I appreciated. Then it took another 20 minutes to get my "corrected food." At this point I asked for a to go box as we had been there mostly waiting for 2 hours. We did get the meal completely free so I can't complain too much about the fact once I arrived home I realized my wrap was still wrong. It came with marinara sauce instead of ranch. I also overhead a guy at the table next to us say his food was wrong and as we were leaving, a guy at the bar was also complaining his order was not correct. Whoever was the cook on 9/23/23 needs to be fired. I'm going to take a wild guess and say the waitress was in such a bad mood because of her incompetent coworker. At least I got my food for...
Read moreI love going to Marty's. Whether it be for a pool tournament to slay some balls or a bike night to admire the motorscooters, I have a good time every time. I love that there is a full kitchen. I have never been dissatisfied with a meal or appetizer yet. The drinks are poured well and Fireball shots are only 3 bucks. Can't argue that for shot prices. Pregame if you're a cheapskate, but most of thw drinks are reasonably priced. I would like to make an effort to go during the day more often for lunch or dinner. Music and sports are always on amd playing. Inside there are 3 Diamond pool tables. I don't know what kind of maintenance the house uses for their equipment but nothing was dirty or broken last I saw. The house cues are in decent shape and the chalk isn't crumbly. The road leading to Marty's front doors is the strip where the bikes park. Let me tell you, it is something very special to see all them bikes lined up so pretty. I would love to see more people out talking to riders about their motorcycles rather than their love life, though. I don't know when bike night turned into "let's get laid" night but when you see me comin just know I'm here to talk about your vision, not my vagina. Once I am back to work I will stop by again. I am looking forward to going to bike...
Read moreFirst time at this establishment. We were told they have GREAT burgers. Get there at around 5PM. No signs to wait for a host or just sit down. I guess you have to know. Place was full of good ol boys. Lots of regulars being hugged on and talked to by the server/s. We get waited on fairly quickly. She took our order. Ordered a Morning After burger, wife ordered a Rookie. She asked how we wanted them cooked. We both wanted medium rare. ---------- All this and not a single thing was written down.---------- About 30 mins later, (they were not doing much if any food business. Just drinking) our order came. It was mostly cold, and the burgers were both WELL DONE and very DRY. Tater tots WAAAAY over salted. I did get some extra onions, but very few. I was drinking water, and I drink allot of water when dining, and I never got a refill. She checked in once with us. Had to ask for the check because she was talking to the good ol boys again. When I told here about the food, I said we don't want it to take another 30 mins to get it corrected. Needless to say, we were not impressed, and WILL NOT be back. We get way better burgers at our local mom and pop family restaurant for a whole lot less!
Its a bar with some TVs. Not family friendly because of...
