I was in Springfield, MO on Sunday Oct 17th, from out of state. While sitting outside of the Primrose location I made a to-go order. I chose the "use my location" option in the app. When my order was processed it listed the address for W Battlefield. Since I realized the error immediately I tried to call the W Battlefield store with the contact number listed, since the app doesn't have functionality to allow you to cancel an existing order. I called 4 times, and chose each of the three number options at least once, and each time either received a busy tone or was disconnected. I went inside and asked the staff at the Primrose location if they might be able to contact the other store. They tried and apologized but said they weren't able to get anyone either. They suggested calling again and selecting option#3, this would send me to a call center that would definitely be able to get in touch with the Battlefield store. I had to call using option #3 6 times to finally get a call center person. Who then put me on hold, then came back and told me that they too couldn't get anyone to answer. She suggested calling again the next day because they are clearly having a phone outage. So I have now been charged $12.25 & $11.76. Even though I ordered the exact same thing in both places, so not sure why it came to different totals. Its now Monday, Oct 18th and I've called at least 12 times and spoiler alert, NO ANSWER. So basically there is zero way to get in touch with this location outside of driving to the...
Read moreDefinitely not a family friendly restaurant.
Maybe it was just my luck, or maybe the girl at the cashier was just having a bad day, but the way she behaved towards me and my kid, was completely unacceptable. I wasn't even in line yet and she kept asking me if I make up my mind yet, then when I ordered the bread bowl soup, she told me they didn't offer that anymore? If called the restaurant when I got home and they confirmed they do. That look she kept giving me and my kid was not right. I am one to usually make a scene, but my kid was with me, and I just didn't want him to see me upset, so I let it go. When it was time for my food to be readyc(which was surprisingly fast), I had walked down the asile to sit on a near by table, she literally screamed at me saying: "hey you!" And she lifted the bad of food insinuating it was ready. Got home and the Mac and cheese was missing .... didn't have the desire to go back and deal with that.
I have been here many times before over the past 10 years, and I have noticed the customer service quality has been going down over the...
Read moreHave you not been to McAlister's? I'm so sorry! You need to fix that. I really can't stand subway, Goodcents is good but that's a different type of place. McAlisters sits on the fine-dining edge of delis. They offer high quality meats, cheeses , bread, and they offered in an upscale, casual environment compared to places like subway. The closest comparison to it would be something like San Francisco oven or Panera but I really like McAlister's better than both. Don't miss out on their tea, their sweet tea and unsweet tea is excellent! Sometimes I go just for a cup of tea and that is it. Also I always find that the staff at the points-of-sale are always very kind and accommodating, at every location, I don't know if they just have good luck with hiring people or if there's some kind of hiring standard that they hold to but the people are always great! That keeps me coming back too! It's one of those things that you'll find yourself craving at random times. I don't think there's one bad thing on the menu so pick...
