I have tried this McDonalds on many occasions as it is right by my place of work. Every time i am hoping that service gets better... its only gotten worse so im finally leaving a review. The drive thru is always a very long line and every time ive gone (not even always peak meal times) the wait has been a minimum of 10 minutes. At most ive waited 20 after my order was taken! That is absolutely ridiculous. I couldve gotten lunch faster at unos next door! The staff (especially the manager) is SO rude. Most times i go here i get an iced caramel macchiato with non fat milk... should take 30 seconds. Nope. This drink seems to confuse 90% of the mcdonalds ive gone to (its just a regular drink on their menu.. i dont get it) but this location is the worst. Last time i was here the manager told me very rudely "no mcdonalds have non fat milk. Its just a machine it all comes out of." Um... no. After me saying that they do and i get them a lot, the manager basically just told me im a liar and roller eyes and left. Listen, i work in quick service food myself and i would never even think about speaking to people the way these employees do. This manager needs to be fired. I regret not remembering her name but i was seriously caught off guard and a little flustered with how they were acting towards me and i qas also late to work because the drive thru took 20 minutes. Read moreThis is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. I walked in and saw 2 ladies standing at the counter. 1 lady was waiting for 2 coffees and the other was waiting to get a free coffee. It took the staff over 10 minutes to get the coffees to them and it wasnt busy by any means. It was 930 am on a Thursday, the day after Christmas, and there was maybe 7 people dining there. When the lady who waiting for her 2 coffees finally got them, one of the coffees was incorrect. She wanted it black and got it with cream and sugar. The staff was milling around, laughing and joking with each other and paying very little attention to the customers. Then when I ordered my breakfast the woman taking the order didnt greet me with a hi, hello or any other courteous greeting. Instead she grumpily took my order. Then when I handed her a $10 bill she wouldn't accept it, saying she didnt believe it was real. I understand that they need to watch for counterfeit bills but when you get the bills from a bank and not another store or from a friend or relative or as change that would tell me that the chances of any of the bills are counterfeit would be low. When I got to the window I gave them my mobile coupon to scan then gave them my card, I was handed back the card, asked for my receipt, it took them a long time to get that. When I got the receipt I thanked them and drove away, then i happened to stop and look at the receipt and realized I was charged full price. I drove back to the window told them I was charged full price instead of the coupon price, I was told that has nothing to do with them, that's between their system and my phone. I said then why wasn't I told that the coupon didn't take before I was charged they gave me attitude, told me they can't give me a refund and all they can do is give me a credit on the receipt and take the food back. So, I did that cause I plan to contact everyone and have the proof of the incident. Obviously a credit doesn't matter if their system apparently doesn't work.
