After a stupid night of dealing with our blowoutthst happened about 6ish up on national ave and division Street. This morning we showed up about 3:00 a.m, on the same flat we are trying to make it home but literally having to stop over and over, and pull up in the first lane and wait and wait and wait we end up waiting a very inappropriate time waiting for what turned out to be nothing. We end up waiting about 20 minutes before we notice that not only are they ignoring us at the box in the first lane that was NOT closed or blocked with any orange cones like it has been on previous trips. I mean it's a common courtesy for your customers to not waste their time, or gas to sit in a line and wait for 20 minutes without so much even as a greeting or a please hold on we'll be back with you. No we got absolute silence. There was such a long line behind us. We are yelling "hello, can you hear us?" Still dead air. Well I'm pretty pissed off at this point and I say screw this I'm calling inside. It rings about 15 times and no body chooses to answer there either. Like we know they are not closed because lane 2 is moving at a decent pace but they have still nothing on our side. I call again same thing no answer. Call the third time when finally the short little older Latina lady answers the phone and we explain that we are being completely skipped on line one that like 7 people passed on that side and or line hasn't moved or even been greeted yet. She then says "I know it's because we are only working with three people. (Which was a lie we seen 5 different faces in that window before we left.) But we told her that was NOT fair that they could have put up something to block one lane. Switch between the two or something more constructive than letting lane 1 get our top the road. She proceeded to tell us "we are going to do it like we are doing it, and if you didn't have me on the phone i could be getting more done. And she then hung up on us. Well we got even more mad. So they wouldn't take our order well bet, we will just drive up and order at the window. So we do that. We slowly drove to the first window on our flat tire. So we tell him no one took the order back there so we need to order with the app. We are using the app here's the number reading off to them. It was a code for a buy one bacon mcdouble at full and get the second one for 29 cents. We also ordered a Baker's dozen of cookies and two mcchickens. He a younger light skinned man with a goatee and a man bun high on his head, then charged us 12.00 for the cookies. So instead of the 4.95 that the cookies are supposed to cost for 13 cookies we ordered instead of the 12.00 box of 12 cookies. So we didn't know why it was so high until he hands us our receipt. So as we creep up to the 2nd window we tell the same woman who just hung up on us short Latina lady. She acts like we are speaking a foreign language to her. We had to explain 5 times what the issue was. Apparently this morning every single one of your employee's were clearly disrespectful and you couldn't tell that even one of any of them even had worked at McDonald's ever before. They all acted like this was their first night. The lady proceeded to bring him his money and a return receipt. We handed her our original one and she never would give it back. My bf told her no I've been seeing here for almost an hour I still want my food and to pay you I just don't want to be overcharged for my cookies. She snatches the money back fast and closed the window we wait another ten minutes and see 5 different employee's all of them just bumfuzzled, looking like idiots in a circle, at the ideas that someone asked for their money back from being overcharged. They talked it over for another 10 minutes before a tall very dark black man with glasses came up to the window and asked us to leave our he'd call l the cops. And they did. Even after we pulled off these horrible employees called the cops because they got the order overcharged. Do better overnight shift. I will never return. F- ALL...
Read moreTried to get my daughters breakfast this morning before school and the drive thru was pretty clear but since it was about 7:20 it started to fill up pretty quick. And even tho I was first in line before the crowd, whoever was working the left lane was either very, very old and not able to keep up, OR they were very very high on something that made their speech very slurry and it took forever for them to ring up 2 med caramel macchiatos and I had to wait a good min just to finish my order of an order of 2 hashbrowns and the buy one get one for $1 S,E&C McGriddle, which was nice to be informed about the sale to save money, but letting me know the (S) McCafe's were only $2 on sale would have been nice also bc the total came to $14.+ change. If it weren't for the fact that it had already taken well over 5 min to place my order I would have waited long enough at the speaker for my total but at this point my kids were complaining about running late for school on top of the fact that literally about 10 cars had been serviced through the right lane and were going around me VERY ANNOYED so I told the woman I would just meet her with my total at the window bc I was needing to get on in line to get my food and get on with my day. The food was ok I guess (kids didn't complain but that's not really saying much) and the rest of the service went pretty well. I totally understand if this was the person working the left lanes, first day or so and that it can be overwhelming working drive thru, but I really dont think they were in the position to be working drive thru in the condition they seemed to be in, and for that I would blame managment since they are the ones who call the shots on who does what. However I think the lady was pulled from that position after taking my order bc I never seen her when I paid or picked up my food. She had a very distinctive voice and slurred her words pretty bad that unless it was due to a medical condition it irritated me EXTREMELY, to know that it might of been from being heavily under the influence. And if so something definitely needs to be done about it bc if I come through again with the same issues I will be sure to address the manager personally regardless of how much...
Read moreThis mcdonalds is terrible...constant problems with staff and management..1 out 10 times they do it right...and that is being generouus...rude rude rude employees and management....not helpful..slow...management is unqualified and insufferable....absolutely the most horrible in Springfield...i an extremely dissappointed and leavethere irritated by the lack of commonsense displayed...wverytime i leave i say .im not coming back here... And then i do..and i swear its a competition to see who can get worse at their job amoung employees...one night..told me only cash...then said they werent ringijg it up Nd chRged me wrong....then when i asked for a reciept they told me no .. then gave me back wrong change ..wo i again asked for reciept and thry said theyd wrote me lbe down and didmt...wjen i six i wanted o e. The machine mysteriouzly was working again...then trwated me like i was trash bc they had to gove me a recipt.
Next the drivethru lady not only refused to scan my app code...but they messed up my order...my fries are ways cold...if u do t ask for nuggets specifically cooked fresh they are cold and hard everytime....my order is messed up at least half the time..
Thry refused on a different time to scan my app for the coffee.. and so rhey said they discounted it off..but they didnt...another day of getting back wayto much change missing...
Then they just decide whatever tp charge me...one lady refused me a 20 piece..and put down two ten pieces with out wven asking. And juz5 acted like i was S stupud for wanting my stuff right..
