Long story short; my pizza wasn’t ready on time, employee had no clue how to handle a simple online order, gave me the wrong pizza because mine wasn’t ready, I called customer service about my concerns and requested the manager to call me, manager never called me, tried again and pizza wasn’t ready when I arrived because they had no large pizza dough, employee had my phone number and could have called me to tell me instead of wasting my time and gas, South Glenstone store accommodated me and was super awesome.
I recently started going back to Papa Murphy’s. The first two or three visits were good experiences. A couple of the employees I had seen each time I went, were quite nice and helpful. But, more recently, on my last two visits, I was quite disappointed and upset. I started using the online ordering and I showed up three minutes after the appointed time, but my pizza wasn’t ready. The gentleman who came to the counter, seemed really confused and not sure how to handle the transaction. I told The gentleman I was there to pick up an order. He looked confused for a few seconds and then asked if it was an online order. I said yes and he stared at the screen a few moments and tapped a couple of buttons before looking on the rack for my pizza. He told me my pizza wasn’t ready yet and then disappeared. After about a minute, he reappeared and walked straight to a pizza on the rack and told me that was my order. I left with my pizza and before I got to my vehicle, I realized it was lacking the proper amount of toppings. At that point, it was late, I was tired, and I had already dealt with enough hassle inside, so I just went home. When I got home, I discovered it was the wrong pizza altogether. I called the corporate number and expressed my concern. I requested contact from the manager because I wanted to request my order be replaced. I never heard from the manager of that store. Last night, I decided to try again, despite my better judgment. Once again, I ordered online. I arrived at the store exactly at the time my order should have been ready. While I was asking the same gentleman a question about my previous order, he cut me off and told me they don’t have any larges. He had my number and could have called me to tell me. They were not busy. I left the store and ordered at another location. The folks at the Glenstone location were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a discount despite the fact the stores are unrelated and I tried to refuse the discount (because it wasn’t...
Read moreMy husband and I went to Papa Murphys following church service, to place an order for Super Bowl Sunday. We walked in and there were 3 adults and 1 child in the lobby waiting on their order. The tall, blond gentleman was at the drive-through window assisting there as well as the walk-ins. He was extremely rude in gesture, tone, and overall attitude. I asked one of the other customers if he was that rude to them. All parties chimed in, yes.
We received our cheesy bread and my husband asked me to take it out to the car and wait. My husband shared with me it got worse once I left. He stated the workers began arguing, slinging food, and cursing. And if that was not bad enough, there were calls coming in being ignored because the workers did not want to deal with the customer.
My family and I have been going to this Establishment for years. The customer service has been steadily declining. Lately, it is at an all time low with this current staffing. They simply do not care about professionalism, are immature and down right hateful.
We can only hope the owner reads this post and is proactive at addressing their staff. We will no longer give this location...
Read moreThe workers are rude and lazy. Don’t let the sign fool you about new management. Ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and went to pick it up, had to stand around for 15 minutes before they even acknowledged we were there. Today I ordered a pizza online and drove across town to pick it up, and went to the window this time. The only worker was out back smoking, and I had to sit in the drive thru 10 mins before he came inside, then served the people who walked in the door first. After another 10 mins, he came over and all he said was “name?” And looked annoyed. I gave him my name and money, and he went to the back for awhile and came back and said they didn’t have that kind of pizza. I said when will they, and he said “we’ll we have to make that pizza and we haven’t made any of them” um, okay. I thought that’s why I called in my order? I asked when will they make it, and he said “we aren’t making it. We haven’t gotten around to it, and we aren’t going to” what the hell? And he wouldn’t even give me...
