Called and ordered for a delivery. Medium pizza with 2liter soda. So far so good. Total came to 25plus change. A little much but I have indulged in there pizza several times. Order completed my husband asked me to make sure they make it a pan pizza. So I called back and asked the lady to make sure it's a pan pizza. She said it's already in the oven hun. I said well that's not what we want and she said we aren't gonna make another pizza. If I'm paying for it and your in a business to service customers how can you deny me the privilege of getting what I desire if I'm paying for it. So I cancelled the order all together. Not satisfied with the outcome. I called back very politely and said why can't we get what we pay for and she said because my boss won't make you another pizza because it's a waste. Ok that's understandably disappointing when you as a business owner must budget waste and food cost all the same.correct??? Moving along I tried to express that she never asked me what kind did I want pan or Italian. She never repeated my order and she never told me that despite all that they don't even sell mediums. Because as the conversation was going on I figured we must have gotten the pan medium pizza since it's 25 dollars. Nope we were gonna get a large Italian pizza for 25 dollars. And as I reiterated that I would like to reordHtjher she said no because he won't make another pizza. Thank you I'll call somewhere else. Ok she said and hung up. And now I'm on here writing a negative review with this could have easily been resolved.im sure they don't need my 25 dollars but they also don't need this negative review. Read moreI called in a carry out order about 5PM on 8/9/15. I repeated the order to the lady on the phone. When I arrived the and paid for the pizza, my change did not seem right. When I question the cashier who also took my order, she asked me what I ordered. She corrected the change and I asked for a receipt. She said the receipt will come with the pizza. After I waited 7 minutes I received my pizza and looked at the receipt - which was different again from the change I should have gotten. When I question her again it turns out they made the wrong pizza. I don't know why she did not say this 7 minutes earlier when I questioned her about the change and she fixed the order in the computer. We went around and around and she finally offered to make a new pizza. When I asked her to repeat the order she said "she had it" Again I asked her to repeat the order and she said "If you are going to be rude you can go elsewhere" With that I took my $20 back and ordered from Empire Pizza.
I don't appreciate unethical cashiers and rude behavior. She should have told me they were making the wrong pizza when she corrected the change on the $20. Instead I waited 7 minuted for a pizza I did not order and was blamed for not correcting her on the phone. This cashier needs some serious customer service training. I called to let them know and spoke to a young lady working there who then puts the “manger” (I use the term loosely) on the phone. This guy immediately said my order has to be right because ricotta is the first thing he puts on it. After going back and forth with him and wishing I paid with a credit card instead of cash, he decided what I was saying wasn’t true and ended the conversation by saying he knows he put ricotta and nothing he can do for me.I quickly called a Uber and showed him the calzone in person. He had the nerve to tell me the ricotta is absorbed by the mozerrella during cooking. Having grown up on Italian this infuriated me. I can’t believe this is the manager. He was so rude and unaccommodating I don’t know what type of people he is accustomed to dealing with but he should definitely not be representing any establishment. Unfortunately I will never buy here again and will encourage others not to because of the customer service. Such a shame because the pizza was good.
