Rally's — Restaurant in Springfield

I called rallys at 12:07am and spoke with this man. I asked what time they closed because we were walking there. He told me 1am. We walked a little over .5 miles with our kids because they were asking for ice cream cones. When we got there, cars were in the drive thru ordering and being served. He told us we were not allowed to be there and he was not serving us. The woman that was working started to open the window to take our order and he told her not to take our order. I explained to him that I just called to see when they closed to make sure we would make it there in time and he started waving his arms and telling us he was not serving us! He literally was screaming and cussing so loud my kids even heard him through a closed window!!!! I spend my money at this location all the time and my kids were very disappointed they couldn't get cones. We walked down the road to see if McDonald's ice cream was working and I spent my money there even though we dont like McDonalds. (We are loyal rallys customers) As we walked back, Rallys was still taking orders and serving people. I am so mad at the way I was treated after walking .5 miles with my kids for a treat! I have never had arms thrown up at me and cussing in such an angry manner as this man did around my children! My youngest was frightened to even step up to the window because my husband tried to pull him in front of the window to show the guy there was children listening to him!! Go back and watch the cameras and you will see how he had acted! And the woman acted confused as to why he was doing what he was doing! This is not how an employee should act towards paying customers for no reason! There was no sign on the window saying the window was closed either. I just wanted 4 rally's w cheese and 4 swirl cones, a simple common order! 2510 east main st. Springfield ohio store. Tried to make a complaint on the website but it wouldn't let me add the location to submit...

The sassy cashier had to insist that I don't understand taxes that my totals are off because I was totaled was totaled on the receipt 35 cents for the drink tax. The AI was pretty good through the speaker but I've never experienced it so I was very confused I told the AI I thought it was a wrong total well the problem was when it asked if you wanted to go big I'm like yeah sure but I didn't see that on the screen because there's no screen to look at. So it turns out the discrepancy of a $1.99 was the simple Go Large option which I didn't realize was the difference because my math and my head had nothing to recognize on the ordering screens because there are no orders screens all that I can remember but maybe there was but I didn't see the 1.99 but the sassy cashier had to get snippy about it. So if she would have just explained the 1.99 difference was the 1999 to 21.00 difference then yeah I would have understood but she wanted to argue about me knowing about drinking taxes. My boy was in the car and I allowed him to continue the conversation because I was just going to try to shut up and be quiet but she kept running her mouth insulting me so I'll never be back I'm from out of town but if she's working I won't be back anyone else would be fine but the food is delicious at...

We usually visit this Rally's any time we are out and about.. But last night our experience was horrible our cashier Lindsey J. had the most nastiest attitudes we've ever experienced. We pulled in about 8:20 p.m. and we thought we was being generous by letting her know the outside lights where off and she's acted as if she's could care less so she's snatches our money out of my husband hands and storms away and then we could clearly tell she's was upset and conversating with the worker in the back and laughing. So as we watch she's slamming the food we order into the bags and walking back and fourth from the back to the front. So she's walks over to the drive thru window and hands us 3 bags and says have a nice day slams the window. So we drive home not even 5 minutes from the restaurant we go inside and get our food out and sure enough our food was cold and old and everything was placed in the bag upside down. We will not be visiting this Rally's again. & just a heads up you can't call and complain to this store because she's is the manager cause I tried today and she's answered and tried to act as if she's wasn't working last night but our receipt clearly has her name on it and she's said she's the only female manger...
