Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Springfield

I won’t lie and pretend I order all those triple mocha caramel with almond milk and two pumps of this or that because to be honest I wouldn’t remember half those items but I do enjoy a nice cup of coffee. With that said I am disappointed in a salted caramel coffee drink I had. There was no caramel taste and to me it was bitter. I was also taken back a little on paying over $7 for a large cup. Something told me to go to Starbucks and get my normal caramel brûlée crème steamer but I just had to try Scooters that day. I honestly do not think I’ll be a returning customer at least not til it’s warmer out so I can try a Frappuccino and that’s only because for downloading the app I’ll save $2. Lol The young lady at the drive thru window was sweet and bubbly and obviously enjoyed her job or faked it well. Shout out to Scooter's of Springfield! Went on Veterans Day as a 31 year veteran of the Army. They were offerring a medium drink, any type, free of charge. They had 'Buddy the Elf' inspired drinks...are you kidding me?! You can get them hot, iced or blended. I got a Candy Cane Forest Mocha blended. Wife got a Buddy the Elf Maple Carmelicious. M-O-N-E-Y! It was awesome! Quite tasty; rich expresso flavor and sweet, tasty goodness. FAR better than 'another coffee company', (that I will just abbreviate as "S-UCKS"). Also had friendly and helpful staff. One final comment, after placing your order at the speaker you are prompted to "skoot around to the window", caught me off guard, but definitely made me laugh! Well done all...

Staff is rude. They handed me the wrong order, I let the know that’s not what I had ordered. The employee making the drink said she just saw it said peanut butter cup. I said no, I ordered a peanut butter crunch blender. The lady at the window said yeah she knows and rolled her eyes. I politely told her, I heard her mention peanut butter cup, and the crunch is different. She mumbled something and then went and stood by the other employee until my drink was done. I was not rude at all, and I paid almost $9 for the drink…I don’t think it’s wrong to speak up when...
