I had ordered a pizza for delivery, I received a text after sometime from the third party delivery service. My order had been rescheduled for 30 minutes later. After another 30 mins it happened again. After another 10 mins, an employee at Simple Simon's called me. She wanted to make sure I had received my order from the 3rd party delivery service. This was the first time a restaurant had ever called me regarding an order that I had placed going through a 3rd party. She wanted to make sure I had been taken care of, I let her know that I had not received my order and that it kept getting rescheduled. She decided she was going to remake my order and she would make sure it was delivered to me immediately. My food arrived 30 mins later with a handwritten note.
