I don't frequent this store, but I visit often enough to recognize the staff and know who I prefer to prepare my drink and serve me. Serena, however, consistently provides a less than satisfactory experience. Over the past month, the store has been visited five times, and Serena has been responsible for either rudeness, incorrect drink preparation, or both, on each of those visits. Every time I come here they try and say that there is a new rule that means I have to pay more money. They had made my drink wrong too and had told me I would just need to pay to replace it.
