I am very angry. I visit Starbucks all over Springfield and I visit frequently. I try to avoid this one in particular, but every time I go it's only because it's close. I hope that when I go to this one, it's better than it was last time, but it seems that they just have something new that's wrong every time I go... In the past they have done the following: mess up my order, all out of food, undercook the food, and the baristas have been rude at times. This time, however, the baristas were kind of out of it. I stood, first in line, for 3 minutes. All I wanted was a Caramel macchiato and a sandwich. Their oven was broken, (great), and I ended up just getting the drink. They forgot my order so they asked again. When I went to pay with my mobile gift card, the barista walked off with my phone to scan it, which was a little rude... I got the drink and went to the car. There was hardly any drink in it! It was filled to the top with ice and jam packed with caramel, and hardly any espresso. It just made me mad that I couldn't enjoy it because it was just three sips of milk and caramel! Ew! PS. There was also food and crumbs lying all over the place. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while...

I went inside to get my beverage this morning I usually go through the drive thru. I ordered my drink and coffee cake and headed to work. Go to work took a drink of my iced beverage to find out I had a cup of milk pretty much. No a huge deal I know mistakes happen so I called up there to let them know I would be back through on my lunch to get the right beverage. The woman on the phone said she made my drink herself and that it was made correctly. NO it wasn't I dink the same drink every time I come in and I know exactly what it taste like and this is not it. Read moreAbsolute trash location. They used to be good before moving across the street. New staff is terrible. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in hopes that it wasn’t consistently awful. I will not be going back. The staff will rip you off by not making drinks properly, which is just unacceptable for a $7 coffee if you ask me. I even went back inside to have it remade this time and it was still awful. Terrible customer service from the girl on staff today 3/31/24 @ approximately 6:15pm. Three times in a row I’ve paid $7 for a cup of milk. Thanks! She admitted that since I asked for my drink with light ice, the drink would not be all the way full so they “HAVE TO” fill it up all the way with milk. Hmm… or more coffee?
