Starbucks — Restaurant in Springfield

Im a regular customer that goes to this starbucks on dirksen in springfield il, I noticed they been closing the store WAY to early! went last friday 10 minutes before 8pm and they said we had to take our drinks out because they were closing the doors. Today I called because at 7:30 I went by to order a frapuccino and they had cones on the drive thru so no one could order anything and their main door was locked, no signs of an employee in store but I called and a young lady answered saying they were opened but they were clsoing in ten minutes again went to see if the door was opened but no one answered. sucks because is the nearest starbucks to my house and by the time I get off work and get there is around 7:30 and they been closing half hour earlier than what it...

Went inside to get a cake pop for my kiddo and me a frappachino. Went right into the bathroom and busted my butt. I cracked my screen protector on my phone when I tried to catch myself on the sink. Two employees were staring and whispering right next to each other. I immediately said something to them about me falling. No apologizes or asking if I was okay. I asked if they had a mop to clean the water up that I fell on. The employee brought a wet mop to clean up the wet floor. No wet floor signs were out or anything. Not too happy with the service I received today. I twisted my ankle and hurt my leg. I’m okay now but what if I wasn’t!? My son kept asking if I was okay as we were leaving. Not too...

Barista that took our order was awesome, I messed up explaining my order and she had to erase and start over and did not complain at all. Atmosphere for employees was mixed, some were having maybe too much fun while others were trying to put out the fires their fun had started. First experience like this here, and left disappointed with experience but satisfied with my coffee after the first barista helped. Hopeful this was a one time experience...
