My family and I decided we were going to stop for dinner after we enjoyed some Christmas lights. We have always loved this location usually during the lunch hours the service is great but today my family arrived at 9:00pm we didn’t leave until 10:30pm. After the waiter Damirko took our order he read it back to us and everything seemed correct. We ordered 6 meals 4 burgers and 2 chicken strips to drink we got 2 shakes for the kiddos. It took forty five minutes before Damirko arrived to our table with our drinks. I figured they were having a hard night so we continued visiting and enjoying our drinks. When Damirko finally arrived with our food fifteen minutes later after reading the order back to us he had 2 burgers wrong and had to take them back to the kitchen to get them fixed which took another fifteen minutes and never brought the shakes. To wrap things up our shakes did not arrive until the last five minutes we were there while we were eating our waiter disappeared into the back and we didn’t see him until we finished our meal. No shakes… Finally when we said something to the female waiter she delivered the message to Damirko and he literally grabbed the shakes from the table where they were sitting the whole hour and thirty minuted we waited and instead of offering to remake them he charges us $55 after telling us $45! The restaurant was a mess the floors were unswept especially at the table we were seated at and the fries were cold! The sweet tea was not sweet and everyone there was more focused on being social with fellow coworkers and all of their smoke breaks they were going to take in that hour and thirty minutes my family sat. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed I expected so much more from my favorite place to...
Read moreThis location used to the top of the mark. After a recent visit with my wife and family their review doesn't deserve a single star. The wait staff were all unfriendly, unhelpful, and down right rude. The "waitress " even had the gaul to say that we should have called ahead and then maybe we would have received better service. This statement alone was enough for me to want to leave at that point but it was my wife's birthday and she wanted to stay. The food, when it finally came, was lukewarm and the shakes were runny. No apologies were offered and the haughty waitress expected a tip. I sent the family and the wife outside while I collected the checks and requested to speak with the manager. All the manager was willing to do was to discount everyones check by $10. She did apologize for her employee's behavior but stated she couldn't fire her as she was short handed. I would not recommend this location ever again. The staff is rude. The managers do not believe in customer service or satisfaction. The quality of the food and drinks had really gone downhill. If you're in the mood for burgers, fries, and shakes go to their competition, at least they get it right and still serve it...
Read moreI hate to do this but this S&S has been tough the last 3 times we've tried going there. Last time was ok until the end where I had to stand at the register (only customer up there ay first) for 20 minutes before anyone came to process my payment - this is after multiple associates made eye contact with me then went the other way. A line started to form behind me and I know at least one patron ended up leaving without paying (I don't condone that but they made the couch after waiting 15 minutes behind me).
Our recent visit last weekend - the drive thru was busy - the dining room was busy but not full and it did not seem understaffed as there were plenty of servers. It only took a couple minutes to be seated but the table had not been wiped so there were still fries and crumbs on it which we did up wiping up ourselves. We then sat in the booth (near the kitchen) for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. We couldn't get the attention of a server. There was a table seated across the aisle about 10 minutes after us (that table had also not been wiped down) and they were approached twice for their order (drinks and food) before us. At this point we left - no one said...
