Stoner's Pizza Joint — Restaurant in Springfield

Waited for a 45mins one day on lunch break. Walked up to ask where pizza was, the girl never even put it in the oven, gave me someone else’s pizza to make me happy. Which I was not bc it had a ton of nasty toppings on it. 2nd time they’ve “forgotten” or misplaced my order.

Today was the last straw for us. Trying to warn others before they waste their hard earned money on a place like this. It’s Ran by a bunch of rude kids. I’ve never seen an adult working there. Foods not that great but it’s the only thing that delivers. Got home from a road trip and figured “why not, it’s all we got”

Placed order at 545pm to be delivered at 755pm online. Wife called at 715pm to make sure they got the order and the girl said she did. I am definitely not one to complain, especially when it comes to food service. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my food at 6:04 pm, was told it would be delivered at 6:40 pm. It did not get delivered until 7:45 pm. My food was not even warm AT ALL. my entire family had to heat it up in the microwave. I even placed a call at 7:20 pm to see what was going on and the lady on the phone said, well he has your food and another customers food with him right now. I spent well over $60 for food that wasn't even good. I've ordered from here MANY times and will probably never do it again. Staff taking orders and is inexperienced without knowledge of the menu or toppings they have. I said I want a Supreme and was asked what I wanted on it. My reply "Whatever comes on it" only to be told "Oh you get to pick the toppings". Instead of this the employee should said "You want a No Brainer, thats our supreme". Upon arrival I realize I was charged for a large cheese and five toppings at $2.00.

Now for the pizza it the pizza was requested as hand tossed, as delivered it was thin crust. The crust and sauce do have good. The toppings and sauce were scant like they spread the toppings for a small on a large crust.
