Wendy's — Restaurant in Springfield

Came to order some lunch. I always order cheese sauce with my fries. The "sauce" I received was a solid, congealed mass sliding around the cup. I open my sandwich and it was a chicken sandwich not the junior bacon that I ordered. When I called to speak to them about why they'd give me that nasty glob of cheese and if they'd want that to dip their fries in and brought it to their attention that the sandwich was wrong, the employee HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I didn't even have a chance to ask for my order to be replaced. That employee should be fired. You don't treat people that way. After I've been inconvenienced 3 times now when I should have been able to get the food I ordered the first time. I'll definitely be calling on a different shift to speak to someone who may have some more respect about that employees behavior and calling their corporate number as soon...

I just went to wendys on e main st Springfield and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with Bacon extra well done. When i opened my sandwich bacon was barley cooked..So i went back to have them fix it. After waiting through the drive-through line again.. What happened to Wendy's? Today is the 3rd time I've tried to stop here in the past week, week and half and once again I had to pull off after waiting over 6 minutes today without a single vehicle moving. The last two times I got there with little time to spare and today I arrived with extra time but when you're 3 cars from the order board and have sat for 6 minutes without a single car moving in front of you there's no way I have a half hour to waste for "fast food".
