I only go to this particular Wendy’s given I usually get good service. Unfortunately today I was a little disappointed to get home and find I was missing a chicken sandwich. I called back immediately and the girl I spoke with was very polite, explained she knew exactly what I referring to and that I could come back. She even offered to give me something for the inconvenience. I of course came back and didn’t receive the best service from that point on. A guy approached the window, asked me what I had , I explained and he reached over and just said here. No apology. He didn’t say have a good night. Just nothing of the sort . I proceeded to ask if I could order something really quickly and he replied frustrated and short “what is it?” ..... I just wanted nuggets which I did get very quickly and they were fresh but again no apology not have a good night , none of the above. By the time I got back home my fries ordered with my meal were cold. So it just made the experience more frustrating . It would have been nice to have at least gotten an apology for the mistake and I didn’t even receive that. I don’t think it’s necessary to just offer up free things to guests but rather sincerely apologize for the mistake and my having to drive back. I still give four stars because this is my favorite location and usually significantly better , hence...

Don't get me wrong the food was ok not great by any means but just ok, and that's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The customer service was horrible. I first was told that I would have to wait until she cleared out the other orders from the drive thru, (which was a total of 3) before I could order. Later approximately 7 minutes I placed my order then taking an additional 6 minutes to complete. With no gloves on her hands the girl grabbed the fries to put in the bag, totally missing and spilling them on the dirty countertop, pushing them back into the container (glancing around to make sure no one had seen what just occurred). I just looked away fearing something else she would do to the be food because moments earlier having slammed the drinks down pretty hard one by one, my son asking me what's wrong. I was ready to get out of there. Hopefully someone from management will read this and hopefully take action. I hope they don't treat all there customers this way. Regardless that store WILL NOT be seeing me there again. I'd rather drive the extra mile and half to go to the one next to the supercenter...
Read morePlease teach your drive through team to listen to your customers and not listen to respond. But they need to listen to hear what the customer is asking for. i started to order a junior bacon, biggie bag and the drive through team member interrupted me and asked me which junior bacon biggie bag I asked for. i had stated a junior bacon, biggie bag and ranch sauce for the nuggets. So common sense would tell you if i'm asking for ranch sauce for the nuggets.I'm not asking for the biggie bag that has the two sandwiches.I'm asking for the one with the nuggets. Then the team member interrupted me to ask what drink I wanted when I was still ordering my meal. please teach your team members to have common sense and do much better than you did today.Because i'm in a drive through someplace...
