if i could rate this store 0 stars i would. tonight we went through the drive thru and there was only one car in front of us. we order a biggie bag with a plain cheeseburger and then a 10 piece spicy nugget w/ a sour cream and chives potato, add cheese. we get up to the window and pay and they don’t even give a receipt. the guy says ‘it didn’t print a receipt’ yeah bull. no manager in sight and not one person has a name tag. we sit there for 10 minutes after paying and they haven’t given us our drinks. just all standing around looking busy when they’re truly not doing anything. then finally gave us our drinks and had us pull up to the trash can ahead of us to wait longer for our food. mind you we got a burger (which was smaller than average) and then fries, a five count nugget, 10 spicy nuggets & a baked potato. they bring out a bag with just the 10 spicy nuggets, the fries and the 5 piece nugget and the guy says ‘oh we’re waiting for the potato’ then walks away. then we check the bag and notice theres no burger in there. so when he came back with the potato, it had no cheese on it so we asked for cheese on it and we asked where the burger was. we told him it was supposed to be plain and he went back inside to get it. he brought back out a burger and it had lettuce and tomato on it when it was supposed to be plain. then he brings the burger back out and the potato and the burger was so cold. it’s almost like they took the burger back and just took the lettuce and tomato off without actually remaking it. then we finally drive away after 20 minutes. then we get home and notice they didn’t even give us the right sauces and also forgot butter and sour cream for the potato. then they also put mayo or kept mayo on the sandwich when it was supposed to be plain. overall the experience was absolutely terrible and we will not be going back there. also we had not went back there due to making so many mistakes in the past and this just proves our point. 100% would...

Read moreLet's just say I will always choose to go eat across town to the other Wendy's because I always have such a terrible time at this one. This particular time, I ordered a chicken sandwich and had a coupon for fries. I paid with a $10 bill. I get to the window, get my change, and because they were backed up, I was asked to go wait and they'd bring me my food. That's fine! While sitting there, I realized they rang me in for the wrong chicken sandwich. I brought this to the manager's attention. I also realized this particular chicken sandwich was more expensive, by $2 than the chicken sandwich I asked for. So I gave the manager back the change he gave me so we could just start all the way over. He comes back out to give me the correct chicken sandwich, but no change. I simply reminded him that I hadn't recieved my change. He told me it would be a few minutes because he needed to help others. I told him to take his time. Maybe 5mins later, he brought change. Bot the correct change. 35 cents to be exact. I paid with a $10. So he left. I then just took it upon myself to get in BACK in the drive thru line, which took at least 10mins, to explain to the manager that I still had not received my correct change. He redid everything. "Supposedly." Basically in the end, I STILL did not receive my correct change and I needed up spending 30mins at the location.
