I WENT THERE TODAY AFTER MY INTERVIEW NEXT DOOR AT HEY MAGOO'S. I GOT ME A FROSTY AND A BURGER. GUY THAT WAS IN THERE THAT HAD A STOCKING CAP ON HIS HEAD WAS VERY RUDE I WAS TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER ON MY APP I WALKED IN THERE. TRY TO TELL CALL ME OVER THERE AND I IGNORING CUZ I WAS TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER AND TALKING TO SOMEBODY. HE WIND UP BEING RUDE AS HELL YELLING AT ME TRYING TO GET MY ATTENTION DO NOT DO THAT IN A RESTAURANT I'VE BEEN IN RESTAURANT BUSINESS FOR 35 YEARS KNOCK TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY. AND THEN I GOT MY FROSTY THE STRAWBERRY ONE LIKE THEY JUST SAW ON THE TV COMMERCIAL. THEY DON'T HAVE THE STRAWBERRY ON TOP OF IT LIKE THE PICTURE SHOWS IT WAS ONLY IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP GET ALL THE VANILLA AND THEN YOU HAD THE STRAWBERRY IN THE BOTTOM TO DIG IT ALL THE WAY DOWN JUST TO GET THE STRAWBERRY UP BACK UP ON TOP THAT'S NOT HOW IT SHOWED ON THE COMMERCIAL. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO MESS WITH IT CUZ I DIDN'T WANT TO MESS WITH HIM ATE MY BURGER AND DRINK MY FROSTY WE'RE NOT GOING TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I JUST SAW THE OTHER REVIEWS THANK GOD THAT I AIN'T THE ONLY ONE THAT'S HAD PROBLEMS THERE. Read moreI had placed an online order for pick up in the lobby, I had been at the store not even 5 minutes after placing my order, the order was placed at 10:23pm the lobby was relatively empty along with the drive thru, I had ordered 3 biggie bags with cold brews, I could see my drinks sitting on the counter to the back, those had already been ready. the employee at the front counter was going back and forth with another customer trying to order but he wasn't understanding her well, so it took her 15 minutes to order, the whole time I was still waiting for my order. At 10:48 he came to the counter with a soggy stuffed bag and asked if we had an online order, I told him the name on my order and he grabbed the sauces and handed it to me along with my drinks that had been sitting for nearly 30 minutes, 3 meals, squished into one bag, and it seemed it had been sitting back there for a while since it was all cold. When I got home I tried to call the store but no one answered the phone the 3 times I called, I came back the next morning with my receipt and they said they don't do refunds. Read moreI went through the drive thru as I typically do after finishing my shopping for my company's business materials at Home Depot. I'm in love with the pretzel bacon pub burger and ordered two of the combos this particular day. Upon arriving home with my meal, I discovered that while my boyfriend's meal was perfectly correct, mine was all wrong. Rather than the meal I paid $12/combo for, I was given a processed chicken patty sandwich and a half empty serving of fries. Frustrated, I called the location and the manager I spoke to was already aware of the mistake and offered to send me coupons for my next visit in the mail....not a refund of my money or anything crazy like that. So, I took what I could get with the coupon offer and fed my dog the "chicken" patty they had given me in place of a much bigger, more expensive, and wayyyy better quality sandwich. I gave the manager my name and address and she assured me she would personally see to it that my coupons went in the mail that very night.
