Literally placed an order at 10pm and it said it would be ready by 10:20. Get there at 10:15 wait for the order don’t receive until 10:41. Got the new sandwich and wings, they said at 10:30 that they’re making fresh chicken sandwich’s. So we decided to check/eat our food at the store bc it was placed at 10pm and didn’t receive it until 10:40 so of course have to check the food. The wings cold and soggy, both order of wings were. We of course ask them to be remade bc we waited over 25 minutes for wings. The employee comes out saying that “the GM said I can’t refund these if they are over 50% eaten, plus we dropped them when they first come up so we can’t remake them” I explained that we didn’t even the wings took one bite and they were cold so please just refund them. Goes back and talked with the GM and comes out saying “we can’t refund them, my manager said that they are soggy bc they have sauce on them we dropped them when they were first placed” so again I explained that we got there at 10:15 and we placed the order at 10pm so you’re saying that you dropped them at 10pm he said yes and I told him that is almost 11pm they were soggy and cold we want a refund. The GM; Jessica comes out yelling at my partner and I saying that “we can’t refund you, you ate all your meal” pointing at my sandwich to the point almost touching my food 🤮 I said “no we’re talking about the wings” and pointed at the wings she starts yelling at us saying that “the wings are soggy bc we put sauce on them you ate all your food, my manger wouldn’t refund this either” I asked for HR’s from Jessica she storms off. We’ve asked to speak with Jessica again she sends out an employee to tell us that “since it was an online order if we want a refund that we will have to do it online” I said that’s fine we we’re not talking to Jessica. Asked an employee to bring her out and we can hear her yelling in the back that she is talking to her manager It’s 11:12pm right now and she’s still not coming out to speak with us. This is unprofessional, I’ve worked in fast food and in restaurants I understand the stress and the hardship that the employees go through but there is no reason for disrespect, and rudeness. Read moreTanner who took our order looked stoned out of his mind when we walked in. He messed up a simple order for father's day dinner. 2 10 piece cajun combos with extra sauce, fries and drinks. He then asked what we wanted to drink like he was going to get it when it's self serve and then didn't give us our cups after we paid, so we're standing around like wth? Another employee comes to see what we're waiting on we tell him cups. I observed Tanner after we sat down. He had the phone up to his ear like he was talking to someone by the computer instead of helping the people in line and then it rang in his face lol I then notice on the receipt he put extra seasoning instead of sauce which they ended up putting it on the fries. I tried to tell the cook in time but it was too late. It totally messed them up in the kitchen. They had to remake the fries and I guess put more sauce on the wings. We get the bag some 50 minutes later. Good thing we dined in because there were 2 fries and only 1 10 piece in the bag. When I told the guy who gave us the bag we're missing a 10 piece the other cook said he put all 20 of them in one box but there was only 5 on one piece of paper and 5 on the other. I had to literally show him there were only 10. The wings definitely were inconsistent. First 10 piece looked great however the second one had way more seasoning than sauce. Looked like a cajun dry rub when I know to order extra sauce at this location. I wish I took a picture but I wasn't planning to leave this review. So I thought I could get a brownie for the inconvenience and not have to do the survey by saying I did it for the $1.69 brownie. Instead toked up Tanner wants to verify I did it when I watched him give it to other people without verifying anything. I didn't want to do this but can you see it now? I made an online order last week and had someone pick it up for me--almost half an hour later someone from the restaurant calls to say they forgot to give her one of the bags, so she had to turn around and drive all the way back. She asked for a discount for the inconvenience and the assistant manager didn't know how to do that with an online order but said he would put a 50% discount under my name in their system and that I would just need to call my order in to use it. Tonight I called in to make an order and when I brought up the 50% off, a different assistant manager said there was nothing in their system and asked who/why I was told I could have this. After explaining, he said fine and that the discount would be applied when the order was picked up. Once again had someone go pick it up for me, only for them to be told by the assistant manager there would be NO discount applied. Even though another employee told him she heard the other manager promise the discount, he would only agree to a much lesser discount. He was rude and hateful to the person picking up my food and actually started laughing at her, which upset her very much (she had me on the phone during all this so I heard what was going on). I told her to go ahead and take the food but this would be the last time we would ever spend money here. And, surprise surprise, things were missing from the order! This is the WORST location, they have a couple of employees who are really nice, but this assistant manager is terrible and should not be working in any job that requires customer service skills.
