Starbucks @ Smith's — Restaurant in Springville

To begin, I have only been here once. 1 visit in my entire lifetime. It's located in the Smith's which I frequent almost daily. On my first trip I got the White Tea Guava and my life changed. Best tea I've ever had (to be fair it's the only tea, but still delicious). I returned the next day not to the Starbucks, but to the Smith's for some groceries and the Starbucks employee who helped me the day before was sitting outside on their break. She recognized me, and asked me if I was here to get another tea and would be happy to run inside and make me one. I declined because I was there for other reasons but I was struck by the memory and willingness of this individual to help me out even though she clearly did not need to. Give this...

Usually the drinks here taste as if they were made at a normal corporate Starbucks, but the other day I was given a latte with off tasting espresso. I didn't realize it until I took a sip at home, so I called to let them know and they said I could come in and get another one at no cost. I went in later that day and they made me 3 more drinks until I finally got one that tasted decent. The baristas are nice and try to create a good experience. A+ rating for customer service, but D rating for management because there is something wrong with the espresso beans or their machine. The espresso there now tastes like it's...

Went to go shopping and get a drink from Starbucks. We saw that it closed at 8pm, so we got out shopping done and headed over to the Starbucks at 7:40pm. We waited in line and finally one of the employees told us they were closed. When I asked what time they closed, they said 7:30pm.
